I've literally grown up in this neighborhood and use to go to this location all the time but now the workers are so disrespectful and rude, and refuse to actually do there job, now I do my best to avoid this location. Today I just wanted to buy cigarettes and the clerk didn't want to take time out of his day to count 5 quarters and 4 dimes. Absolutely ridiculous, I now hope this location closes down for good

My husband and I have been coming to this location for the past 2 years that we have lived nearby. Just this past Wednesday the gas took over 20 minutes to pump $50 worth. I do not know why it was so slow but to make matters worse, we found that $500 had been withdrawn from an ATM at a different 7-Eleven on Peoria. This card had only been used at the ATM at this location and so there must be a skimmer on it. Beware! I tried to call more than once to make them aware but instead get hit with a screeching noise after endless ringing. Obviously they don't care to know and so I'm leaving this review to make them aware.

Do Not Order from them on door dash. They didn't send what I ordered from door dash. Read the damn order and send what I placed. Ex: hamburger rolls are not buffalo rolls. Morons. Also these have definitely sat the roller all day and not safe to eat. Y'all want to be sued? Like for real? Whoever worked tonight needs to be fired before they get you shut down.

The female manager at this location is the reason I make this my only stop on my way to work. Even if it means I wait to drive 10 minutes before I reach this stop on my way to work. The store is exceptionally clean, well stocked and I’m always personally greater and treated with the highest level of customer service. No matter how busy this location is the manager is always keeping the line moving, stocking shelves, helping customers and working with vendors as well as making coffee and preparing hot foods. She’s the reason I always come back.

Horrible place. The dude that works the night to morning shift is rude and always on the phone! Today he shorted me $5 in change. I didn't notice till I got to work. It's my fault I guess but will never go back to this 711

Clerk lies about being able to sell items. Went in for cigarettes and was told that they "only sell them in the morning".

This Animals sale always expire Milk if you call him he say I dnt know I dnt do that if you need 3. 4. doller every day I can give you every day but dnt do that with people 11/10/2023 9am

The worst experience…So this woman name Negist claim to be the owner of this location, told my 15 years old son to leave the store I was in my car waiting for him. I ask where’s the chips you was going to get. He said the lady told me to leave the store so I went in and ask was going on , she said my son always come to steal from the store. I asked if she have a a proof of what she is saying she said no. I just don fell comfortable with him . I’m like really . So just because he may look like someone who steal from your store u are going to act like that omg. I tink is just an act of racism. I am so frustrated

This store is disgusting. The floor was sticky, the slurpee machine was sticky, the counters were filthy, the employees working at the time I went in were awful. This is the closest store to me but will be sure to avoid it in the future.

Rude service. Got harassed by some Karen's just trying to get gas. Then walked all the way to the store and the employee shut the door on me just after the ratchet Karen's left. What gives, I thought this store was open 24/7? Horrible experience.

7-11 on Buckley and Kentucky ave, are new management, and provides horrible service, every question you ask them, the answer is no. They do not provide the common service that the normal 7-11 usually provides. They speak a foreign language in front of customers which comes off as rude, please retrain your staff at this store services is horrible ,slow and rude services.

Hate to rate the store this low as the owner is fantastic and runs a solid morning shift, however things go down hill fast after 12:00 pm when the afternoon guy gets on, been going to the store for a solid three years and the guy refuses to do anything that requires effort, you can tell the food product isn't changed and has been there for hours, and today I had to try 7 different gas stations for an elfbar because the evening guy will not be bothered to go through the extra steps of google pay, just tells you the iPad isn't working, when they have 4 of them. It's a shame to see good ownership dragged down by bad employees, but it's a bigger shame to see regulars walk out empty handed because their purchase takes too much effort.

I had an order to pick up for a client. When I got there, it was not ready. I had to wait for the clerk to put the order together. The entire time I was in the store and interacting to the clerk, he was speaking a foreign language presumably into his phone. He never broke stride to say anything to me in English or any other language. This is an ongoing problem. The invention of AirPods does not mean that, not only do you not have any customer service, you’re completely ignoring the customer because you’re yappin on the phone. This seems to be a 7-11 problem. Not a Circle-K, Maverick, or Kum and Go one. There are SO many other, better, and more convenient convenience stores.
