I went in to buy a swisher earlier today, and my friend politely corrected me for white owls and the lady up front stayed on her phone talking to her friend instead of helping me out so we don't take up time for others out of respect and she rudely interrupted me before i could say anything to ease the situation, my friend was also told to leave for no reason, talking about his mother like she knew them while also cussing him out. She told us that she will not help us and doesn't need to give customer service, after we said that is bad customer service, to either of us an even flipped us off as we left, we tried to go to the other 7/11 up the street and they told us that they cant help us because of what happened over at your store, so you guys communicate with each other about other customers,I want her fired. 3/19/24

man at the register was on the phone the whole time, i needed $40.72 in change and only gave me $30 and it looked like he was done giving change because went back to talking on the phone then i asked for the receipt then he said “ oh let me get the rest” and gave me the rest but still was 2 cents short. COUNT YOUR CHANGE

Normally good service here but the female working the counter at 1:55pm on Nov. 21st was extremely rude, and made me feel like a homeless person. I pay my taxes, I spend a lot of money at this location, I work extremely hard, for what, to be treated like a poor individual? Awful attitude, I know now not to come at this time anymore. Miss the original day crew that was there. They were super friendly, this woman, was not.Probably because she's upset with her life and has to work at 711, sorry that's not my decision I made for her, that was her own. You're in customer service, give it properly. Next time, I'll place all the change onto the counter for y'all to count, I tried to even count it out with my own fingers to give to her(I was trying to be considerate LOL), if you're worried about germs, wear gloves. Common sense!Thanks so much! ☺️

I can't believe it, three times I stop here and the store employees always take my change, I thought ok it's just ten cents one day ,12 cents the other day but today I demanded my change back from buying 1 rolled taquito and the attendant said NO charge,two dollars for a taquito??? I told the guy 3times and he refused.i stop here daily and I will No longer, outrageous I have to beg for my change.. shame on you 7-11...

Incorrectly marked hot roller items multiple times. Asked for a refund after this happened for a second time and he said no. I let him know that's unfair to mislabel roller items and not do anything about it. It could be worse for someone allergic.

The cashiers, 2 in particular, are EXTREMELY rude, and they tend to always have "issues with the system", so they don't have to take money for things like paying rent or money orders

Never had a problem until this morning, I went in to get ice for my personal jug and was charged a dollar for it, and I told the guy that was far too much for ice . I understand that the company charges for the cup and I would understand if they charged for the ice but not a dollar maybe 10 -25 cents. The guy was rude , I told him that they should put up a sign telling people that they charge a dollar for ice no matter what. Mind you I have been getting ice ( using my own personal device) and I have not been charged before and I always purchased an item for appreciation for the ice . Reading the comments it seems that the company doesn’t care how rude or disrespectful unprofessional their employees are. 7/29/23 4:15 am , Colfax and Sable

Bought a vape from here which after opening seems 100 % fake it had bad smell coming from vape . When asked for replacement worst behaviour by manager. Fate is a boomerang , especially the manager is gonna end up in a similar situation where she can know the value of individual money .

The clerks here always have an attitude, specially with people they think or assume are homeless . And when the clerks mess up they get mad at you making it seem like it's your fault they messed up.

I recently moved into the neighborhood and live close by... But will go to the 7 eleven down the street, due to the employees who work there! They are rude and are always starting trouble with the customers for no reason! They need better employees!!!

They lie in advertising. It says get every 7th cup free, never have got a free cup and I use the app every time.
