We visited the store at about 3:00-3:30 AM on June 7th. The store associate, a thin, Indian man with curly hair and a thick beard made it very obvious he didn’t enjoy us browsing at product and stopped his duties to only follow, watch, and yell at us to leave and to stop browsing. He came up to us and asked us what we were doing when we were talking and my partner replied that we were just looking. The associate kept asking “ONLY looking?” While giving us dirty looks. He would repeatedly get close to us to yell at us to leave and that we had “5 minutes” to browse. When we tried to buy items, he proceeded to immediately pick up a broom, sweep very close to us, and tell us we had to wait. The most awful customer service experience I have ever endured.

I have never felt so unwelcome somewhere. Traveled all day. Got to my hotel at 1am. Everything is closed except you. Maybe, IDK, be human? Ill make sure to get my shopping done ahead of time.

Came here to refill my cup, he saw me coming with an empty cup on my hand but when I’m paying he said “its a new cup, I dont see you coming with a new cup” I was like, TF? You saw me coming taping my empty cup, and he dont like it and charging me more for the refill. Its not about money but its about scammy behavior that I don’t like. I used to go here for my early morning Red Bull, early being a little before 2am, now when I try to go here the store is always locked. I will no longer be using this store at any time of day or night.

Every day for 30 days I've said no to 7 11 rewards to the same guy at the same time. You'd think he'd quit asking but since he doesn't and only asks me "even if there is a line". I tried... maybe yous can try and help him understand...

SCAM BEWARE. Do not go to this gas station, they are doing fraud with their card readers. Haven't used this card in weeks, used it once inside the store to buy items and gas. Next day my card was used in someone else's pay pal for 400 dollars. Shady af. The card was not used anywhere else.

I came in this store between the hours of 2 and 3 a.m. for an instacart order. The tall thin man that was working literally dropped his mop to run over to the door to ask me what I needed. Its 7/11 dude. I don't need your assistance until I get to the register. He proceeded to hover over my back while I was getting a slurpee that said it was ready and it wasn't and then ask me to go dump a slurpee that I poured for the customer that was way too syrupy in the sink myself. Once at the register and everything was run up I had to wait for his system to reboot and once it rebooted the instacart shopper card did not go through because it said there was gas on the order. The only reason I will be back at this store is through instacart because I won't spend any of my hard-earned money here EVER!

I love it here, never had any bad encounters with staff and i'm in a lot as they are the only place around us open 24/7 which i am also extremely appreciative for, Thanks!

went in here to grab a snack and instantly got accused of vaping in store.. the worker was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. he aggressively gestured his hands at my friend to put her card in the card reader when it wasn't even ready to be processed.. then he proceeded to not hand us our stuff making us reach over the counter and made a comment about us as we were walking out the door to another regular costumer and they laughed away at the comment. he's a dick and extremely unwelcoming as he didn't say anything to us as we walked in. this sucks bc 7-11 is our go to but now they just hire anybody lol. go to the other gas station down the road this place is 100% not worth it. as someone who works retail, i can assure you that even if its a bad day, you're not rude to nice customers. also to add on, he straight up ignored our calls as we watched him walk past the phone. gross customer service. wish i could leave 0 stars.

Just got off work and wanted to get a whole pizza made. The cashier said they can't make any hot food until 7am. I asked him when that changed and he just laughed and said he didn't know, smh! This was the 2nd location I went to tonight that to me this. What happened to hot pizza 24/7?? I would give it 0 stars if I could.
