Tried stopping by to get gas on a longer roadtrip. Pumps would not accept any cards. Just a processing message for 5 minutes. Every time I've driven by here the pumps have had some issue. Over several years, been by 3 times. Went inside, clerk was MIA. So, sadly, going to have to permanently write this gas station off. Unfortunate, but can't waste my time hoping I will be able to buy gas when there is a Maverick right down the street that has never had issues.

Cashier unprofessional instead worrying about customers he keep cleaning the floor and let a whole line full of customer waiting watching him clean and when i start to pay he didnt pay attention and worry about other customer and my card didnt go through and i didnt know so i walked out and this guy assume I to try to steal 4 drinks very unprofessional need attention immediately and fire this man

Been here several times and it's always unpleasant. Regardless of the shift, the staff is always rude, impatient and insistent upon upselling. I won't even get gas here our of spite.

Rude clerk wouldn't wait for a second for me to select a drink from the case. So....another customer waited quite some time to get his drink while the clerk took his time at the Gatorade case doing inventory. I'm at the neighboring case for about 10 seconds selecting an energy drink and that is the exact moment he has to walk up and start inventory, right where I was standing. Clearly the customers are an inconvenience for the clerks at this 7-11 and it would be best for customers to avoid the place.

DO NOT GET DRINKS FROM THE FOUNTAIN DRINKS, THERE'S MOLD COMING OUT AND WHEN I TOLD THE PERSON, FIRST THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT MOLD OR FUNGUS WAS, SECOND HE DIDN'T BELIEVE ME JUST BECAUSE IT DIDN'T COME OUT THE TIMES HE POURED SOME INTO A CUP. ABSOLUTELY VILE AND DISGUSTING!

My 16-year-old daughter went into the store to purchase a phone charger. The phone charger was advertised at 9.99. They charged her $20. And told her the price had changed 3 days ago. I immediately went back in and told the employee we are going to pay the price that is advertised for this phone charger and he wanted to argue with me. Do I know he's not just typing whatever price he wants to and pocketing the money for himself?. Not okay to take advantage of a 16-year-old who's spending her hard-earned money on a phone charger and being completely robbed. Fraudulent business practices!! Completely unacceptable.

I made a Uber order on 1/3/2024. There where items missing. We ask the driver and he said "the store cashier told him that our order was wrong. So we tried calling the store and apparently they don't have a working phone.

Staff is utterly incompetent, bathrooms are always in terrible condition. Somehow they have learned how to burn every piece of food item in their hot section. Not kidding, pizza? Burnt. Wings? Burnt. Chicken skewers? Burnt. Egg rolls? Burnt.This place literally also has the slowest diesel pump I have ever seen. About 1 gallon per minute. In 15 minutes I was only able to pump 14.7 gallons. I’ve made the mistake thinking they have fixed it three times.

Coffee is aways cold, God for bid you ask them to brew some hot, they act like your a terrorist, 3 times we bought things that were expired, went to buy some alcohol at 1150pm, doors locked no one there. Thumbs down!!!! 190%

This is the worst 7-11. I have been coming here for years and it was great, not sure if they recently changed management or not but the customer service is rude and they are false advertising. Thye advertise 99c big gulps but thats not what you pay. I have gone here 3 days in a row and paid 3 different prices for the exact same drink. Large big gup $1.07 first day, second day same drink $1.39, today $1.50. When I ask why the price changes everytime nobody has an answer. They have a rewards program and not once have I ever received the free drink it advertises despite putting in my rewards number everytime. I saw another customer in front of me having the same discussion, there was a sign that said buy any size slurpee get a small one free and then the customer asked about why they were being charged when the sign right there said it was free and the customer service person just looked at them and said nothing and charged them anyway. They are rude, unhelpful, and give no explanation of why their advertised prices arent what you pay. Besides the fact that their gas prices are higher than anywhere else around. Avoid this place as you could be charged whatever they want whenever they want.
