“We originally purchased a hoodie while visiting the Aspen store in late June 2025. After returning home, we realized the hoodie was damaged. We underwent a frustrating experience with their AI bot customer service and were unable to find resolution. Emails to their corporate office also went unreturned. As a result of this, we left a negative review of our experience. Within 30 minutes, we heard from Skye Vaughn, the regional manager for Colorado. I cannot express to you how above and beyond she went to rectify our issues and find a suitable replacement for the damaged hoodie we had purchased. If you ever have a challenge with your purchase, please try and connect directly with the store versus the online Aviator Nation AI bots. Skye's personal touch turned our experience around. “If you are looking for sophisticated and stylish women's clothing, don't hesitate to shop at Four One Nine in Aspen. The owner, Kristin, is so helpful and patient, and so is Marie, who works part-time. Kristin carries a good selection of Rachel Comey (one of my favorite brands) and many other brands as well that you won't find anywhere else in Aspen, including some local designers. Excellent hand bags, shoes, jewelry, and accessories too. My friend and I bought several pieces on our trip to Aspen and will be checking the website regularly. It will be a must stop the next time I am in Aspen.”

“Was walking around aspen cold and I walked into a store that sells jackets and it was literally 90 degrees in there. There was a guy named Micheal who left a review saying it was too cold but I do not concur. I think it should be colder in here. They might sell more jackets. Other than that customer service was A1. Macy, Logan and Fred were very helpful and answered all my questions. Love my new jacket and hats!!!”

“A truly unique store in a fantastic city. Just when you think brick & mortar stores are dead, Gorsuch proves everyone wrong. A fantastic selection of clothing, especially Bogner and great home furnishings. The sales associates were professional without the stuffiness of other high end retail shops. I was assisted by Elizabeth and Kathleen on 2 different occasions, a big shoutout too both! Be sure to checkout the basement sale section, some great prices down there!”
