I usually have an excellent experience with UPS, but the Aspen circuit is quite difficult. Specifically a man named Fisher who cannot use communication skills and continuously hangs up on customers. I scheduled a pick up on a Friday with directions to pick up by the garage and call upon arrival. The garage is just to the left of the front door. UPS never showed Friday, Monday or Tuesday. I finally am able to speak with Fisher and he does not have any solutions except that the driver went every day and didn’t see any packages. There have been people at the house all day every day and never saw a UPS truck. If the driver is going to the wrong house or is confused, they should call, but no one has. See photo below as the pick up says by the garage and to call upon arrival. Hard to miss these packages.
When I call back to ask what’s going on (after 4 failed pick ups) Fisher keeps hanging up on me. Very frustrating.

The staff here are incredible! I was able to ship something across the country next day without any issues. They were super patient with my requests. Even allowed me to borrow their vacant computer to pull up my order since I had bad signal inside.

Skip this store! The people working there are not professional and do not know what they are doing.You will be much better off using FedEx or the Post Office.

After years of shipping packages recently one of my parcel was not delivered. With the help of store manager Diego package showed up at the recipient door in a few days. I am so thankful!All the stuff from my local ups store in Carbondale, CO is super helpful and friendly. Thank you!

they will not release your package unless you pay 20 dollars for anything you send to this location. Horrible place.

UPS: Please treat the employees of this store better. It is absolutely not acceptable to have only one staff member on that has to work late, who ends up overworked and not provided breaks that they are legally entitled to. I will ask employees when I stop to pick up mail if they are being treated better, and if changes are not made quickly I will file a report to the Department of Labor.If you're charging $430 to open PO Boxes you can pay multiple employees a fair wage. Phones are not being answered and employees are visibly fatigued. Do better UPS.
