Don’t be fooled by the location or small size of this hidden gem of a salon. They are meticulously detailed with your nails and pedicure. It is best to call and make an appointment since the owners like to focus all their attention on you while you’re there. My gel nails look fantastic and love how my toes look too! So happy I gave them a try.

Here for the food and wine festival, Michael treated me like a local and was so meticulous with his manicure. Wish I lived in his town. I would come back to him every couple weeks. Really top notch

Once I had them for 6 weeks. Not even a small piece of the polish came off.

i was treated horribly by the staff and yelled at by customers because i was on time for my appointment. i had to wait almost an hour after my actual appointment time and the customers spoke to me in such a disgusting way i have never in my life been spoken to that way. The business owner said nothing to them and not only did he not support me but told me to be quiet and not speak. Absolutely worst service and customer service i've ever had in my life and i'm in my 40's.

I lucked upon Ultimate Salon in Aspen when I was walking around the beautiful town on a recent vacation. I'm so glad I did! Michael, who has been in the same location for almost 19 years, provided an excellent mani/pedi (he has the hands of a surgeon - especially in the pedicure department)! I will absolutely go back the next time we're in Aspen and highly recommend Ultimate Salon/Michael to anyone in need of some "self-care." It's not a "fancy" salon but it's clean, Michael was great to work with, and a woman I met there said she had been going to him for years (which to me said a lot). There was also a woman working there (who I did not work with and apologies to her for not knowing her name) who was also very nice. Note, it's on the second level of the building so, unless they had an a-frame sign on street level, I would not have noticed it. This place is great!

Do not listen to the negative reviews. You must understand that having a salon in Aspen Colorado is a tremendous liability when there are customers who are lacking in humanity and manners! I have lived in this valley for 35 years after having lived in Manhattan, London, Atlanta And I have not been to a nail salon is gracious excellent and elegant regarding the customer service as ultimate nail salon. Everything is always perfect. I cannot even believe some of these reviews however, during the time I have been in the salon I have been party to some of the brattiest, most spoiled and unpleasant women that one could ever hope to meet. If you are a decent human being who appreciates quality service, excellence and gentle manners then this is your place. If you are spoiled, entitled and Have lost touch with humanity because you have daddy's credit card and never worked a day in your life, then perhaps find somewhere else to go!

came to get a nail fixed after the previous place made the acrylics way too thin. loved that they were wearing masks and they made the nail perfectly thick in comparison to the rest. will be coming back.

Michael and his wife are incredible. Their salon was super clean and adorable. Michael did my nails and they look amazing. I could not be happier. I'm writing this review because I have wasted a ton of time and money at other nail salons in Aspen and I'm hoping I can help someone not make the same mistakes I did. Go to Ultimate Salon you won't be disappointed. Thank you Michael and Jenny!

I have been going to Ultimate Salon for 16 years. They do fabulous nails and toes. I never walk away and feel like something is not right, or has to be redone. My only issue is it is hard for me to pick a color from all the colors they offer!

I went to the Ultimate Salon with one of my best friends and we just purchased 2 manicures. Although Michael was the only person working, he did the most amazing job on both our nails. He was also so engaged in our conversations and he was not one of those people that talk trash about you behind your back like at most nail salons. He was so sweet and so polite and made us feel very welcome. I for sure recommend going to this salon. Thanks again Michael!

Terrible. I used to go there a few years ago, but stopped because it was so unsanitary. I decided to give them another chance based on a recommendation from a friend. Bad decision! I had a 4 pm appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. Another customer came in at 4 and they took her before me. I was not dressed my best today and she was quite done up. It was a gross judgement on their part. Appalling. I am surprised they are still in business considering the condition of the salon has not changed. Stay away from this place.
