I purchased a $10 item ( audio cables). I tried to attach them to the TV audio out jacks but discovered the TV only has audio in jacks so, I don't need these new cables. The next day I tried to return the cables with the (opened) package and receipt. Upstairs cashier made me go downstairs. Downstairs cashier was having a fit because the guy in front of me was also trying to return something. Cashier would not take my ($10) return. I offered to buy something of more value. "I" will not return to this very nice store due to the distressed Customer Service.

One of the most interesting hardware stores I've ever seen in my life! Very cool place. They're not going to have everything but that's not really what this place is all about. It's a specialty hardware store and small as the rent here in Aspen is super high

This place is a joke. I understand having higher prices due to the location, but I just paid $32 for an SD card that is $8 literally everywhere else. That’s 4 times normal markup. I’ve never seen pricing this bad. As if that isn’t bad enough, I had called the place prior to coming to make sure they even carried these, and the guy kept saying they have micro sd cards when I asked for regular, and said I can just use an adapter. That is completely inaccurate information. An adapter is used for a computer. You can’t put a micro sd with an adapter into a DSLR. Seeing as his area is specifically electronics and his counter is a foot away from the memory cards, he should know this basic fact about them and not be giving people inaccurate information that could ruin their trip or worse, potentially break their camera. If I didn’t desperately need more memory for photos I would have never shopped here.I can’t speak for the rest of the store but avoid electronics at all costs, and I imagine the rest of the place price gauges like crazy also.
