Wow, how snobby. Barely acknowledged when I went in, except for the clerk to essentially tell me that this is a very expensive store and that they probably don’t carry my size. Nice stuff (that, by the way, I can afford easily), but not worth being treated like that.

Rude shopkeeper. My mother walked in to look around, she was dressed for hiking. She was told by the clerk that this was a luxury consignment shop, inferring that she was not welcome. I’m pretty used to snobbery and Aspen, but this was over the top.

My boyfriend consigned a Gucci bag and we received an email two days later saying it was fake. We purchased it at Nordstroms and we were concerned at first that we had been sold a fake bag that was returned. However after receiving the bag and bringing it to the Gucci in aspen 3 employees including the manager verified it was an authentic piece. I would never treat a person as terribly as my boyfriend and I were treated in that store by the staff.Edit: I completely understand and respect that you have a rigorous authentication process in order consign goods. Choosing not to consign the item is your decision and we respected that. However, the attitude we received from the start was accusatory--treating us like criminals with the intent to scam you. When we came in we asked to speak with a manager about the product because, as stated previously, we were concerned. We were upfront and came in trying to be kind and understanding, but the staffer at the register was extremely rude and dismissive. We only asked what was wrong with the bag and was told the leather quality and hardware. When we said we were going to check at the Gucci store to see if they could offer some insight, the staff member snapped back at us saying "yes you go do that." On top of that, the bag was not handled with care and was not stored properly when returned to us. And yes, the Gucci store in Aspen/my SA did offer to authenticate the bag when brought in.Thank you.

Sorry, it was my mistake to write from my friend's computer. My name is Cleo! It is truly a consignment issue and I hope Deborah would be happy to resolve any issues. I have been in your store more than five times since January and spoke with all the staff. Which reached a point that one of them gave her cell number because the situation was unfriendly and unprofessional. Last month in April I spoke with her in person and she never followed up the price situation. I hope anytime soon we can solve it. Many thanks Cleo.

Little bird became extremely overpriced. I used to shop with my girlfriends, but last season we didn't. As I also used to consign some items. Unfortunately I can’t agree with the owner about her answer. - “We research every item and price accordingly to current market trends and comparable luxury resale. Love being able to offer our consignors and clients the best deals. NOT TRUE!! She has priced one of my item wrong and she doesn’t follow up as she promised over the phone. Since January I have been chasing her to get the problem solved.

I like to visit a couple consignment stores in any city I visit. This little gem was a 2 minute walk from our hotel right in Aspen village. They have some cute items, a lot of boots and winter coats as expected for the location. Not many luxury handbags to pick from. I did find a pair of beautiful vintage Chanel mules that I absolutely love. Glad I stopped in.

Cold customer service/ barely said anything to me as I shopped, tried a few items on and left. A little politeness and customer service goes a long way. Also very expensive even for consignment standards. Save a trip

Employees barely acknowledged me and had a very cold demeanor. Clothing and accessories were nice but TBH incredibly overpriced for consignment. A Madewell leather jacket for $300....

We wondered into this shop and what a find! It’s been added to our limited shops we feel comfortable walking into! ? my daughter and I had lots of fun looking through her cloths! The stuff was second hand but super excellent condition. Will visit again!
