For a fella from Kentucky it was the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

After long flights we were exhausted and just wanted a nice room to sleep in for our short overnight. When we got to our separate rooms I couldn’t believe how dated, scary, moldy the rooms were giving low budget motel vibes. The pictures on the site was not what we got. I stood at the door for 15 mins afraid to go in and called my crew and they said the same for their rooms. I went downstairs to try to get another room because I needed to rest and they said that was all they had available. I’ve stayed here before and my room was renovated but these rooms was horrible.
Rooms: Dated motel quality very disappointed.

Nice hotel, nice rooms. But the uncomfortable beds make unpleasant noises with every movement, we slept particularly badly here.

Ideal place for skiing in the Aspen ski area with its own Buttermilk lift and slope and free bus service to Aspen. Located near Aspen airport
Rooms: Luxurious rooms and service, very suitable for winter sports
Nearby activities: Skiing hiking shopping eating out art
Food and drinks: There is a Home BBQ restaurant that is very cozy and serves good, honest food at a reasonable price. You can also pick up food and eat it in your room

This review is for the restaurant. I got brisket and a brat with two sides. Probably some of the worst bbq ive ever had. For the price, i could have eaten somewhere much nicer.

Its an expensive area, but its so nice to have the Inn at Aspen so close to the airport (and relatively reasonable) for flightcrews. Excellent shuttle service!

Outstanding stay! Clean and comfortable! I like that the Inn a little out of the main congested area in Aspen! Overall very happy with this stay. It was nice having the BBQ place attached in the same building.

Definitely rooms need an upgrade - we had a large amount of mould in our bathroom. Decor and carpet old. Rooms big and clean and staff friendly. On site restaurant is great. Appreciated the free coffee and tea machine loved that! Location is good and very close to everything. Once room refurbs are finished I think this is going to be a great hotel worth the price.

This place place is dated and under construction. Disappointed to say the least.
Noteworthy details: Pool is green and construction activity going on. This was not disclosed before booking.

Perfect location, perfect service. My only complaint is that the bathroom is a little bit tight. Even though we didn't use it, they offer shuttle service downtown up to 10 pm, super convinient of you are having some drinks.

I booked The Inn at Aspen to enjoy swimming and the hot tub while taking in the beautiful autumn scenery in Aspen. I had checked the official website, and it did not mention that the pool and hot tub were under maintenance. It wasn't until I arrived that the hotel informed me they were under repair, and by that time, I could no longer get a refund. This left me very disappointed, and I felt misled. I would advise anyone considering booking here to think twice.
Noteworthy details: The pool and hot tub were under maintenance.

We had a great visit at The Inn at Aspen. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The front desk was great, they helped coordinate a ride to take us to the Maroon Bells shuttle.

I spent 1 night here and was really disappointed. The room I was in clearly used to be adjoining the adjacent room as there was a door to nowhere in my wall. Whenever they set this up, they did not consider soundproofing. I could hear everything going on in the room beside me which included long conversations as well as children shouting and gaming very loudly late into the evening. This was extra annoying given that I needed to get up very early in the morning.
To be clear, I am not blaming the family for making the noise because they also paid for a very expensive hotel room which should come with the expectation that the hotel is sound-proofed to the extent that you can make a bit of noise (or at least have a conversation at normal volume) without keeping your neighbour awake. I am blaming the hotel who is selling rooms to people for hundreds of dollars and putting them in what amounts to a shared room with a cheap divider between them. I am not exaggerating when I say there was no auditory privacy whatsoever. I acknowledge that everything in Aspen is expensive and this is one of the cheaper options, but basic privacy and a good night's sleep are the bare minimum any hotel needs to be able to provide and they completely failed at this for me.

Meh... It's due for an upgrade. The people were very nice although we ran into a few employees that didn't speak English (that is not a political statement) The in-house Home Team BBQ is very good. We were there for a wedding which was spectacular! The ceremony, food, drinks and service were awesome at the wedding!
