I’ve been with Surefoot for a number of years. I purchased my boots/liners >5yrs ago. They changed my skiing. Tight but comfortable. Mine were purchased at Aspen, one for my son in Park City, and now three more at Snowmass—for my wife, son in law, and daughter. This was our best experience yet—Matt (the manager) was kind and attentive and knew his product. Don’t go there if you want the cheapest product—go there if you want to be a better skiier. It’s worth it and their service is outstanding.

The best place in Aspen to get your custom boots! The boys that work there are very knowledgeable about all boot types. The atmosphere is always great and they are eager to help! Make sure you see them on your next visit to Aspen!!! Make sure to ask for Cameron, Luke, or Lukas!!

I have never been in such an uncomfortable boot to ski in my life. I've had it for 4+ years and I've dreaded skiing in it every single time i go out. The week I got the boots, i told the mechanics that the boot is too small but they insisted they got it right. After multiple times of coming into the shop the week i bought the pair because i kept saying it was too small/they hurt, all they did was stretch out the casing of the boot which altered the shape of the boot and made it really hard to latch up. After spending $1000 on these boots I am pretty upset with this company, and can finally look for mew boots.

Luke and lukas are the PERFECT one-two punch. I think they might be dating but that’s besides the point. They did a great job and my boots are perfect!! When you go in there make sure to ask for Luke or Lukas. They’re superb service savants and know what they’re talking about. I did a lap with them and Luke RIPS! Lukas has some work to do but he took the crisism very constructively. Highly recommend surefoot aspen.

If you go to Surefoot I’m Aspen, make sure you ask for Austin! He was fantastic - knowledgeable and knew just what to do to make my boots fit perfectly. Had a few sessions for adjustments and they are super comfortable now. Highly recommend!

Austin did an exceptional job adjusting my 2 year old boots. They were not purchased from Surefoot but he worked on them just the same. I had one toe that was really being pinched. He was able to quickly fix that so I had him do some additional tuning. They now fit perfectly! Feel like completely different boots! What a difference. I will be buying my next boots from Austin!

Could not be more impressed with Surefoot Aspen! Connor & Tom were incredible. My husband has super tricky feet and regular ski boots cause him huge amounts of pain - just so happened that Tom had dealt personally with a similar thing and was the perfect person to help.The whole process was seamless and done with the best attitude - everyone was so incredible friendly, warm and helpful, it was like hanging out with friends and coming away with the best ski boots we've ever worn. The fact they have a guarantee on the fit and will continue to tweak until you're happy or completely restart the process with new boots and liner until you are is amazing - customer service unlike any other.We are so pleased with our boots - would not hesitate to recommend Surefoot to anyone and everyone.Ps. don't skip on the batteries to heat your boots, just another element that creates the game changer that is a pair of Surefoot boots.

Great experience all the way around.Everyone sells boots. Surefoot makes your liner-exactly to your foot. Amazing! And…if it needs tweaking a few days, weeks, months later…they do it. With a smile, great attitude, and great service…they make your boots fit perfectly. And…the staff is so knowledgeable and nice and helpful…makes the whole process easy.Thank you guys!

After years of toenail injuries from skiing, Austin worked with me to troubleshoot the issue (likely related to frostbite) and set me up with a MAJOR IMPROVEMENT. Excellent customer service, and finally, really pleased with my boots.

Called in advance to ask if they could work with snowboard boots, guy on the phone advised me yes. After driving all the way from Carbondale, a rude employee male with a blonde ponytail greeted me with “have you ever heard of a thing called skiing?” I am a skier as well as a snowboarder and at this time I was seeking assistance with my snowboard boots that were giving me blisters. The comment was completely uncalled for. After asking the rest of the workers if they could help, they all said no and advised me to become a skier. It’s one thing to tease your homies about being a snowboarder but it’s extremely unprofessional to tease clients walking into your place of employment for advice. I will never return to this store and I will be advising everyone I know in this valley how awful the customer service is at this place.
