Best ski store I've ever rented from. Am an intermediate skier and they took great care and time to make sure I had just the right equipment. Advised on everything. Also really nice and welcoming staff. Super kind and patient on all fronts! Woody was just wonderful getting me set up with the right goggles that made all the difference In my trip. I ski a lot of places and just rent skis when I go. This place is bar none the best!

Ray and Woody at Stapleton are absolute legends. Picked up a new pair of Nordica Enforcer 100s (amazing ski by the way) with new bindings and they had them ready to ski for me by 10am same day, which is amazing considering how busy their rental line was. They even double checked the pricing and offered me an additional amount off of the end of season sale price. Ray offered some good boot liner advice as well. Won't buy skis anywhere else from now on.

I have been to Aspen a handful of times and this place always delivers as your go to ski rental shop. The guys that run this place are super friendly and customer service oriented. They used to give you beer while you got fitted..maybe Covid changed those plans but regardless they do everything they can to make sure you have proper fitting ski, boots, bindings and poles. If you forgot something, like your goggles, they have very reasonable ski accessories. Maybe not the best place to rent a snowboard, but for ski's these guys are number ONE in Aspen. Located right across the street from the W Hotel and down the block from the Gondola entrance, you cannot miss this place. Save money, be impressed and have good gear while you are visiting the magic of Aspen.

This town has lots of ski and bike shop's in it. And you can go to the big corporate guys. Or you can go to the small shop. If you want the best service, the guys really know what they're doing, and a genuinely fun and friendly atmosphere. This is where you go

On March we spent 3 weeks in Aspen/Snowmass. My sons and I rented and bought skis there. The advice was spectacular. Paul was very kind and Blake was a great advisor. Prices are very good and the staff has a lot of patience. . The try before you buy offer is great. They have demos in perfect conditions. We will definitely go back!

We rented fat tire e-bikes to visit Maroon Bells. The staff was friendly but seemed super busy and in a hurry with the oncoming ski season. The bikes were in great shape.Note: they might not ask you whether you need a helmet as it's not mandatory so remember to ask for one :)

First time in Aspen and we were lucky enough to rent ski apparel from this store. Not only they had everything we need as also they went above and beyond to guide, help and advice us. Every one of them were professional, kind and very flexible of our needs. We had Wally (not sure how to write his name) doing our rental, knowledgeably and friendly. Best customer experience I ever had. I highly recommend!

These guys go above and beyond - after demoing a couple skis here (great pricing on current year demo rentals btw) they didn't have the length I wanted in stock but were able to work some magic and got them to the shop within a day. Idk if they always do, but right now they're matching internet pricing which is amazing considering you can try the skis before you buy and then have them immediately - I do love instant gratification. They also didn't try to upsell me or sell me gear that they personally wouldn't use. Thanks, Stapleton Ski!
