I went to this store for the first time today. They had a rack of clearance merchandise outside. The price that was on the sweatshirt was 59.99. They had a sign on the rack saying everything was 50% off. I found one I liked then walked inside the store. The sweatshirts inside were priced 36.99. After I got back to the condo I looked at the tag that was on the clearance sweatshirt to find out the original price was 36.99. They put a price of 59.99 over the 36.99. I think this is very dishonest and I will never buy from this store again. I know I still saved 6.00 but it is the fact that they were very dishonest! So think about this before you walk in this store!

This is a gift shop in Snowmass Village mall. We stopped in 2020 February prior to pandemic. And we stopped in again this year as Pitkin county is under yellow restriction. Last year experience in the store was horrible but we didn't think much of it as who really cares with great skiing at Snowmass Ski Resort. This year, 2021, we stopped in (February) as we stayed at Westin hotel. This store is very unwelcoming for sure but at least they removed 'TRUMP 2020' decal from the store window. This year I was going to write Yelp review because they were very rude and I went through trouble to add this business so when people are bringing their hard earned money to vacation, the vacationers can avoid this store and avoid bad experience all together.

While the staff tried really hard to make us happy, they were stymied by horribly poor management an training. The menu changed from the time I made the original reservation the excuse being "the food truck didn't make it". It took 15 minutes for the staff to find wine glasses suitable to the wine we ordered and, even then, they were not the correct style. The food was okay, except for my trout, which was over-cooked (likely as a result of it sitting under a heat lamp while we finished the appetizers). If this Westin is a franchised operation, I would revoke the franchise! I have had many Starwood experiences and this was not up to the brand's reputation. The on;y real positive was the attitude of the wait staff, which was extremely upbeat, friendly and helpful.

If you think you are going to get the dinner menu you see on this app think again. When I mentioned this to the waitress it looked like she went to talk to someone, came back and told me it was their ‘short menu,' and that it's very similar to online. The only thing similar was a Caesar salad. I told them it's nothing like what I saw. They forgot my daughters lemonade and when it finally arrived it was just water with lemon and melted ice and they charged me $5 and said it was a soda ($5??, I don't usually mind if the kids like it.) They messed up my order and I was just done. Very frustrating experience, and I never write reviews. I'll give them something, they took a whole 15% off the bill which was $4.95. Thanks for paying for the ‘soda' lemon water. Will not be going back.

Kitchen was slow getting food out. Restaurant was understaffed and our waitress was poorly trained. Forgot my entree order entirely. Cheese pizza was like a microwave product. We just asked for check and cut our losses.

When we arrived the restaurant was reserved for a special dinner for folks with a name badges. They took us up stairs to the noisy bar are where eventually the attendees came to drink and talk business. Ugh

Food was not good at all-especially the halibut. It didn't taste fresh. When I complained to the waitstaff rather than offer me an alternative they said they could bring me another halibut dish. They seemed clueless that my complaint concerned the freshness of the fish. Also they were severely understaffed and we had to wait for our table even though there were severa empty tables. Overall a disappointing experience.

I made the rez a few weeks ago for NYEve and did not notice or maybe the menu was not up re: the 175 prix fix menu . . but I had no idea - we show up for our rez with 2 kids and were informed of the 175 prix fix and kids menu only for 10 and under. We had no real option except to leave without other dining options available on NY Eve. The restaurant called earlier in the day - and SHOULD have informed us of this ridiculously priced prix fix menu - and we would have cancelled. They did allow our kids to order off the kid menu fortunately. 1. 175 per person for an 8 course (tiny course) is ridiculous. It supposedly included a champagne toast but I paid $22 for a glass of champagne so I was charged for this. 2. Food was good so I"m not complaining about that but it was extremely over priced. 3. I think we were seated in an overflow location near the bar - very bright; no music; very cold not a good atmosphere at all. 4. The dining took a LONG LONG time - we had 2 kids with us -they should have expedited everything. We missed the fireworks at 10 pm (we had an 8:15 rez). 5. Our waiter was fine but too many people bustling about taking our plates if not finished - they were not organized at all - it was a very uncomfortable and as I sold my daughter "interesting" evening . . . and we spent over $600 for our food/drinks/tip (of course I left a good tip - it was not the waiter's fault). I felt quite fleeced . . .should have left but again we had no dining options at this point on NYEve so we were kind of stuck.
