ASPEN COLORADO - Worst Prada store we've ever been. Prada is my favorite brand and I've always bought selectively. and on 8/15 around noon time, My husband wanted to surprise me with a bag but ended up empty handed because the lady working at above date and time, did not want to answer a single question and said "I have to take a call" - phone was not ringing and the store is dead silent so she turned her back and my husband just walked away as he was not about to waste his time and money on unprofessional store like that. They're not the only Prada store we can buy from. For such exquisite brand. I recommend training basic customer service or hiring educated staff.

Great in store experience… returns were a literal nightmare.First the good:Shout out to Enrique and Marisa! Our experience here was fantastic and I was able to get all of the shoes I was looking for. The above employees were so friendly and made no assumption about what we would or wouldn’t buy. Enrique was very knowledgeable and showed my partner around the men’s section and had excellent style suggestions. When we returned a second time, Marissa helped me with ordering and picking out the perfect color in another pair of shoes.The bad:The only reason I have given 3 stars is due to the difficulty in making a return. Once I sent back a pair of shoes, it took a month and me texting (calls aren’t answered) to inquire about the return being processed which I was assured it was. Apparently it kept getting forgotten about though. Finally, nearly a MONTH after initiating the return and nearly a month after I sent the item back, I got a copy of the return receipt (still no account credit but at least now it’s been initiated)… really a horrible experience if you need to make a return.

Paola is the sales rep you want to see when shopping here. I have never seen such a passionate commuted non pushy sales person in luxury shops. She is simply amazing and this store is beautiful

After watching the Prada website for a bag to be back in stock and almost placing an order on StockX I found out I could ship my item from this store that was the only one to have the bag! I was helped by Gizel and she was so wonderful to help me with this. Purchasing over the phone was easy and secure as she called my bank to verify my information. Very pleased with my experience!

Went to the store twice. Arrived one day at 5:30pm and one day at 5:45pm and were told that the store is closed... not allowed in. The place is so popular that you are not even welcomed during their store hours which is supposed to operate till 6pm

Rudest staff I have ever experienced at a high fashion store. We purchased over $10,000 worth of clothing and they still treat us as crap. Super rude, no compassion or anything. Sly remarks. And when we came back for two days in a row, the doorman rudely told us to wait outside because it was "full." The store had one person inside the store and the doorman was completely demeaning towards us. Do not recommend. Higher management must do something about this store and staff.

If I can give it a 0 I would. Rude and very dismissive. I use to purchase Prada bags but will now only purchase it in Hawaii and Asia. Ridiculous behavior towards people who can actually afford it without breaking the bank.
