Batshit crazy, definitely an experience, psych-ward nominee, but the best style in Aspen. Be sure to check out their cool sweatshirts.

10/10 customer service. The staff is incredible, knowledgeable, and helped my poor fiancé who's jacket tore on the mountain with feathers flying across the sky. No bueno! The owners sewed up his Aztech Mountain suit to look brand new. They also carry the best soft sweaters that are perfect for apres ski, especially the beautiful colorful Elder Statesman! Don't forget that they have ski rentals here for half the price and 2x the quality... little secret :)

I am completely obsessed with this place. Super cool, local, family owned shop that CARE about their products. I bought my Aztech nuke suit there and love this thing more than my labradoodle. Unfortunately, My arm snagged a tree while cruising down the mountain. I had a slight tear in the arm so I went to Performance ski crying like a baby. The owners sewed it up immediately. Good as new!!

Meanest owners ever. Rude to customers. Witnessed their aggression towards others. Also overpriced. Will never return

This place is almost comically bad. It'd be funny if this COVID-denying Trump-donating owner weren't putting the health of Pitkin County residents and visitors at risk. The shop aims for a fashionable reputation--but in my book, making shoppers sick or killing them with your irresponsible and selfish attitude toward the pandemic just isn't a good look. Sticking with Gorsuch.

Sadly this long-time Aspen store, which has always believed in catering only to the high-spending tourist and not the local community, has continued to cross the line with COVID guidelines, mask requirements, and now daunting the "Fully Vaccinated Facilities Program". Owner Lee Keating opening disregards the requirements, trying to dishonestly say that since her staff is vaccinated everything is fine. Boycott this dishonest store, shop at the many other fantastic local shops that are proud to keep Aspen safe, follow the guidelines, and make a safe shopping experience.

This place sells so much fur, I had to leave. :( I have the videos of foxes, minks, raccoon dogs, etc trapped in filthy cages and screaming while they get electrocuted, beaten and skinned. I will never get that out of my mind. Every time I see fur, I can’t understand how humans can be so mean and heartless. Aspen is a charming town, but inundated with stores selling fur, and people still buy it. Heart-crushing.

Employees not wearing mask and when I complained to the owner she said if I did not like it, then I can shop elsewhere

Long time local and this place is the worst. The owner is infamous for mistreating her employees and being rude to locals who aren't millionaires (). Before I knew about the owners reputation I tried on a few swimsuits, she called me fat and told me I might have more luck at Target. Walked by recently and heard her telling a group of people that COVID was over... pretty gross all around. There are plenty of other ski shops to support.

Ripped jacket first time washing it (followed instructions).
Owner asked for photos and said she would get back to me. never heard back from her again. $700 down the drain. I wasn't expecting money back or anything, but she could have at least followed up on the issue.
If you're going to spend that kind of money go some place else with better service.
