Sent multiple emails to management. Purchased a timepiece from them. They gave me incorrect watch compared to the warranty card and receipt. Keep calling and emailing no response.

I can't remember the last time I left a review somewhere, but Oliver Smith in Aspen definitely deserves a 5-star one.
Great selection of watches and excellent service.
Emre helped me find a timepiece that I was looking for years and he made the whole experience as smooth as it gets. Knowledgeable, professional, incredibly kind and a with a genuine interest in helping the customer (me). He is not a salesperson, he is more like an advisor. And that's what makes him a great salesperson :)

Visited their boutique today, they have a great selection of the best watches out there, as well as jewelry some of the most unique and beautiful designs I’ve ever seen including a bracelet with pearls and diamonds absolutely stunning.

I just Purchased a Panerai watch from Harry Graham at the Aspen Panerai boutique (Oliver Smith Jeweler). Harry’s attention to details, follow through and dedication to my complete satisfaction was incredible. Alway a smile and a great sense of humor as well. I would recommend purchasing watches etc from this company and make sure you ask for Harry.

The best retail experience I’ve had in Aspen!!!!!The Oliver Smith team have been exceptional every time I’ve been in. Their knowledge, inventory and professionalism has made me a client for life. Their watches and jewelry are amazing quality and the most fairly priced in town. If you are in Aspen this has to be on your list of places to stop. Truly can’t speak highly enough of this store, Emre and Harry.

Great customer service and representation of the company.My husband and I came to Aspen for Thanksgiving week. We were walking around going into all of the beautiful stores. We happened to bump into the Oliver Smith Jeweler/Panerai store. Since my husband and I are both Panerai collectors, we decided to go in and see what they had. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Harry Graham. He was so kind, welcoming, and had a special charm that made us feel so comfortable. Then we met Emre, the manager of the store who is also as charming as Harry. We stayed for almost 4 hours purchased a Panerai watch and decided that we are going to upgrade my wedding ring in this store. These guys are the real deal and know that they will take care of us. During our visit, we mentioned we were going to go fishing and we did not want to get our nice coats, dirty. Immediately Harry And Emre told us we could borrow their coats to go fishing. The next day we came back and they had the coats waiting for us to use. We went fishing with their coats and were completely warm and caught several fish. Emre and Harry are a great team and are great representatives of this company. We are definitely going to be long-term clients and friends.
