They rip you off. My purchase was $11 and change. They round up to $20 in your debit card, telling you they will give high $8 and change in cash. The $20 become $23.75 (debit card fee, and they don’t tell you before, just when you notice it wasn’t the $20 they told you it would be), plus give you $8 even, no change from your original purchase price. I felt I was ripped off, since they don’t disclose anything, just charge you. I will never go back to Native Roots. Dishonest people!

Stopped by just looking around until Tyler put me onto my new favorite edibles (moxie’s mints) as well as some great flower they just got in! The gelato mintz were amazing

Staff is rude and unhelpful, numerous peers and myself included have been treated poorly. Many defective products bought that didn't work and received zero help or reimbursement. Staff acts like helping customers is a chore.

Only go to this store if you like to be treated very poorly! If you like being treated with decency avoid this store like the plague. Me and my wife were in town from Miami. We went to Native roots late because they were the only ones open. It was snowing and freezing outside as you can imagine a December night in Aspen. We show our ID's and they ask for a second form of ID like a credit card. My wife only brought her ID cause she's with me. They told her she needed to wait outside in the snow. Next thing you know two older couples walk in and the wives don't even have ids. They are told not to worry that they can sit on the chairs inside while their husbands shop. The manager was awful, and very rude. This store is very corporate and the employees can care less about getting customers or keeping them happy. I highly recommend Silver Peak or Best day Ever. Edit This happened 3 years ago so not sure if they changed management but still haven't forgotten . And wanted to share my experience.

The best guys in the area. Make sure to ask for Julian and Jose they are so friendly and helpful. We were visiting from out of state and they were super attentive and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend and we will always be back when we are in town!

UPDATE: I called the store spoke w Lorna she said she’d pass my concern/issue onto the manager & he’d get in contact & they’d try to work something out but no one ever called me back or reached out to help …it’s a bummer they don’t backup what they sell or follow thru on their word ?Haven’t been in in yrs. Guy working was super knowledgeable n nice but of course prices have gone up due to inflation…the biggest bummer was we used to get a locals discount on Mary’s products & a discount for paying in cash I got neither. He said he’d give me a free joint & didnt. Won’t go back. No deals anymore :( really hope the product is effective…update the pain in my neck is still there this stuff didn’t relieve it at all total waste of $30 the straight CBD over the counter topicals I’ve been using for yrs are more effective …even more bummed now
