Very good experience with Moncler - Aspen,CO. I have no idea why some people left bad reviews for this location!? If you go there ask for Lila, she is so friendly and helpful person. Thank you very much Lila for your great customer service!!! You are the best! :)

The phone number for the Aspen store goes to a person named Khalid who was not located in the store and who hung up the phone after 16 mins of speaking to him with no result and no call back.

I tried to use my credit from the Aspen store to buy another product from the store in Michigan only find out that the credit was never given back for my returned purchase !

Came in to shop and everyone working here was so rude! Their attitude was ultra snobby & snooty. They didn’t ask us if we needed help finding anything or if we’d like to try anything on. They barely said hello.All they did was follow us around the store with real mean facial expressions staring at us not saying a word the whole time we shopped.One salesperson even stood in the way of the coat rack I was trying to shop through and when I smiled at him and said “pardon me” he barely moved and didn’t smile back or say anything,just stared at me with the meanest look.Mind you we came in dressed head to toe in designer, just came from dinner intending to shop for some new jackets. We are not dirty bums, yet we were treated as such.I’m so sorry we came to shop here, we were obviously bothering you and intruding. We’ll be sure to take our business and money elsewhere!

Was in town for Food and Wine this weekend and the weather was much colder than expected. So I was excited to run in here and take a look at what I could get for my Aspen trip. They had their music SO loud that I couldn’t even stand being in there for more than a minute. You could hear it from a block over! Is this a store or a nightclub?

I was in communication with Matt for months about exchanging my jacket I purchased. Matt informed me that he would talk to the manager, he then let me know I was eligible for a return and store credit. I asked Matt in April, a month ago if I was still able to get a return and if the store had new summer / spring wear in. He confirmed and also confirmed I could return it after the 30 day period and so I drove 3 hrs from Denver to Aspen to exchange it and made clear of it and texted letting them know I was coming that the weekend.I get here right when they open, Matt and the manager were working when I walked in. She informs me Matt was new and he shouldn’t have texted me that (let me remind you, we were in communication for 2-3 months) she tells me she is unable to do the refund.I would have had no problem if they told me from the beginning I couldn’t exchange it, but now they are wasting my time and money.This is horrible and poor service from employees selling a high end product.

Super helpful staff and inviting security guard with a great and diverse selection of men's clothing that is hard to find anywhere else. A must visit destination store in Aspen especially if you're looking for the Grenoble collection!

store is small and crowded and its hard to try on bc its so small and theres no fitting rooms obviously. the employees are very helpful and nice and will help u find it even if its not in store. they dont have a lot in stock ever so most of the items are sold out or only in really small sizes

I really really am a big fan of moncler i came here 4 weeks ago and dropped of a jacket to have it fixed now the lady that was their promised me that it wont take no more than 4 weeks and that it might even be done before that i called last week to see if its going to finish soon because i was promised it will take 4 weeks or less the lady on the phone told me sir your jacket will take 4-6 weeks to be done i was never told it will be done 4-6 weeks i even told her i never heard the number 6 she replied "well its not ready so your just going to have to wait." its like she is telling me deal with it . at least apologize and i would be okay with it but i really hate it when some lies to me i understand that the jacket is a moncler genius and its exclusive thats why it might take some time but please dont promise me something and not do it i really hope you do fix your customer service .
