MOLLIE Aspen is a welcome addition to the restaurant scene, offering fantastically prepared French fare. The food is excellent, superb, top notch, fresh, well-prepared, and delicious, with specific praise for the trout almondine, escargot, and MEC burger. The service is impeccable, lovely, friendly, down to earth, and fantastic. Prices are good and reasonable for Aspen. The atmosphere is intimate, though it can be a little loud, and some tables are tiny and spaced very close together. The staff is attentive and will correct any order issues.
The price point was good and an intimate atmosphere. The trout almondine with green beens was superb. The steaks were not cooked according to our requests. They did correct the order. We enjoyed our evening and the staff was lovely.

For Aspen, prices were reasonable for fantastically prepared French fare. Staff was so friendly and down to earth. Welcome addition to restaurant scene!! A little loud for the hard to hear folks though.

We had a great time at Petit Trois. The service and food were excellent. We also enjoyed the ambiance.
