Demo-ed a pair of Kaestle Fx86 ti. Kevin who was running the shop and rental was simply the most stoked, friendly and helpful I've ever met for demoing skis. No push sale or anything - just want you to have fun. For that I'm giving Miller Sports a 5 star.

These guys were great! They worked with one of us who needed a "non-standard" boot fit with patience and were very kind. The store mgr gave us many options re:multi-day rentals, and the were so courteous with things like directions, recommendations etc. GO HERE!

Got the most gorgeous Cordova ski jumpsuit in presale last year. Their selection is INSANE if you want to look like a rockstar on the slopes. Sadly, my fiery red jumpsuit showed up and was way too small and tight. Kevin at the store was super easy to work with for the exchange. Can't wait to see my new jumpsuit and do some Spring Skiing!!!! Thank you!

Place is a well needed addition to Vail. I'll age ski shops! The selection and service is exactly what this town needed, obviously if you've made it in Aspen you're going to crush it here in Vail, great choice in Erin as your store manager!

Ripped jacket first time washing it (followed instructions). Owner asked for photos and said she would get back to me. never heard back from her again. $700 down the drain. I wasn't expecting money back or anything, but she could have at least followed up on the issue. If you're going to spend that kind of money go some place else with better service.

Ordered a jacket from them online and the shipping, packaging and notification was first rate. I wish they were local as they have some very unique extremely nice vendors that I would like to see clothing in person. I am sure they are every bit as good in person as they are on internet sales. Miller Sports came highly recommended to me and did not disappoint! Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, the staff goes above and beyond. They are not seasonal workers from another country, but locals who know what's what. I worked mostly with Drew and Eicke, who got me into a ski better suited for me than I originally had in mind. VERY THANKFUL they recommended I demo a day or two before mounting my new bindings AND they were spot-on with their suggested ski. Drew and the ladies upstairs also helped me find a ski jacket, pant & goggles, which I love. The shop has curated a very nice selection of some of the best brands out there and their knowledge of the product they sell shines through. I found myself popping in nearly every day of my trip and I look forward to seeing them all this summer and for seasons to come! Love you guys!!

THE. BEST. EQUIPMENT. I'VE. EVER. DEMO'D! Ok so most people will tell you Four Mountains... no. If you're a serious skier and want serious equipment, this is the spot. When they told me they'd tuned up the skis the night before I was like, as I always am, "uh, yea we'll see." THESE SKIS WERE SHARP ENOUGH TO CUT A TOMATO PAPER THIN! Staff is great. They know their stuff. If there's an issue (which there almost certainly won't be unless you exaggerate your ability when they're outfitting you) they'll fix it. HIGHLY recommend!

Best experience in a rental shop I've experienced anywhere in the US or Canada. Friendly, unhurried staff knowledgeable not only about the equipment but the mountain and the local scene. Offering fresh lemon water, range of top notch equipment, overnight storage even of your own boots in addition to the rental equipment, day storage of your street shoes, and a relaxed unchaotic rental area that actually does NOT smell of old socks! One block from the gondola. Loved this place. (Caveat: usual Aspen premium relative to other ski areas on price).
