“Came with my family to get some Aspen exclusive items but was surprised with beautiful stock. We dressed REALLY average so first impression service wasn’t perfect. “What a beautiful store! They have such a wide selection of products from sleepwear, to every day bras and underwear, shapewear, hosiery, and even the most beautiful luxury lingerie sets. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend visiting this store.”
“While we didn’t buy anything I just wanted to say how kind the people were at the store yesterday. My son, who is 7, found some rocks that he was very proud of and was trying to sell them. The staff were so nice and took the time to check out his rock collection.

“The girls who were working here when I came in are wonderful. A couple of months ago in June I needed to come in after they closed because I was leaving for a trip and needed to grab something before I left. I work in town and couldn’t make it over until then but they were so gracious (I think the manager) opened up the door for me and let me come in and quickly grab what I needed. They were all so nice and didn't seem mad I came in when they were trying to close up. I work in retail and I know how annoying it can be when people come in when you are closing. I love Alo and will continue to support them and send my customers their way for active wear!”

“My wife and I love the store. Great selection and reasonable prices compared to other Aspen store. They usually have good sales. I read some of the comments, we never had any issues with customer service. Same service as anywhere else. A must place to stop and shop when in Aspen!!”

“I went here for boots fitting advice, they figured out the issue quickly and solved it by customized heat molding. It saved my trip, I couldn’t ride for the rest of days otherwise. They barely charged me anything so I left some good tips. The crew are chill and professional, and they have a nice selection of all board stuff.”
