Scam shop. Purchased $1300 cowboy hat that in the light of day showed extensive missing feathers with only remaining hot glue stains. Returned the hat next day only to be told no refunds. No other options in the store were acceptable and leaving next morning so the window for a cowboy hat has been lost as it won't be worn in NYC when home. Spoke with the owner on the phone who lives in Santa Fe NM who basically took the position of tough luck. Wanted to send a new one from out of state but again we're gone tomorrow. Doesn't work. Shouting match ensued which further illustrates this shops contempt for the customer and unwillingness to be a reputable vendor. Buyer beware. Update: google search on the hat shows that it's a $89 Chinese made piece of junk that they have marked up extensively preying on local tourists. Do NOT shop here. Rip off and better quality at a Beijing Flea market and at least with the flea market vendors they're honest about what they're selling!
