Even though this store is closed - gosh darn - they had the best customer service out of any of the fur stores in Aspen. My family had purchased probably over a dozen of fur and shearling coats from Mark Richards - hopefully one day y’all may come back ?????

This review is long overdue. I bought two beautiful pieces from Mark Richards several seasons ago and I couldn't be happier with the quality, timeless style, and durability of both the fur and the Italian puffer coat. Still wearing both to this day. Marvelous, happy experience finding these pieces. I will be back.
