Same as another reviewer. She is chronically late. Had 5pm appt and told her had somewhere to be at 5:30. She Showed up at my hotel at 5:30.If i had a big event like wedding i would never book her because she does not care if u are late she just shows up whenever she feels like it.Service: Blowouts

I’ve been going to Kendra for years and Love the way my hair looks. I get compliments on it all the time. She really has a gift for knowing what looks best and helps me make good decisions for not only the best style but health of my hair.

Kendra is a magician with my super thick and curly hair. She does amazing balayage and cut every time, plus a few blowouts in between for special occasions. Don’t know where my hair would be without her.

I had an appointment for noon and arrived on time only to find Kendra in the middle of another appointment. She unapologetically asked if I was ok to wait 10-15 minutes, to which I agreed. I left and returned 15 minutes later only to find she still wasn’t close to finishing. Then I waited an additional 10 minutes without her even acknowledging my sitting there, then I decided to walk out.No regard for me or the value of my time. Really upsetting!Service: Haircut

I feel so lucky to have found Kendra Lauren! My hair is in such good hands with her at the watch. Every appointment is a true pleasure. She works with intention, grace and ease. She always ensures we have a unified direction and provides sound advice. I could be getting my hair done by the best of the best in New York City or Scottsdale but I always prefer to come to Kendra in Aspen because she’s just that good. Each visit I walk out happy with healthy hair and it was time well spent with a beautiful spirit.

I booked Kendra to do my wedding hair and makeup & am SO happy I did. She did an amazing job- I received a million compliments that day, all thanks to her talent! She was also very efficient- she did my hair, makeup and curled my daughter’s hair, all within an hour and a half. Impressive! I saw Kendra today for balayage and a cut and couldn't be happier with her work. I came in with a sloppy color job from another salon and emerged with hair that is both modern and natural looking, and, most importantly, feels like ME!
