Outstanding experience renting from Incline. Big thanks to Murphy, Andrew and all the guys for making my Aspen ski experience awesome. The fitting process was simple, they had a great selection of high end skis and other products. Over the course of my week in Aspen, as the snow conditions changed, I swapped skis 3 different times to demo different brands - the team was very helpful in making recommendations on the different skis. Also easy location right in downtown Aspen at the base of Ajax. Will definitely be renting here next time in Aspen - thanks again guys.

Incline ski shop is where the locals go to rent and buy necessary gear for the mountain. The prices, convenience to Ajax mountain, and the service are as good as there is in Aspen. Make sure to say hi to the big guy behind the desk Dave, a true mountain man

I stayed at the Crestwood Condominiums and have for years. Every year I typically have a great experience. This year we had went to get the boys skis rentals at the Incline ski shop onsite and our reservation clearly had a 2pm pick up/sizing for the next day rentals. We booked our dinner reservations around this and to our surprise met Taylor who claimed to be the manger of the shop. Taylor was the rudest to our family in front of the boys. They had two people they were assisting taking off boots when Taylor informed us that 2pm was incorrect and we had to come back at 4:30 PM (note now there is no one in the shop and they just got back from lunch as the rental shop is closed from 11am to 2pm. Taylor became extremely rude in front of my entire family when i mentioned no one was in the shop and he told me he would not help me and the resort and confirmation did not matter as he would no logger help us as he only does fittings after 4:30 and to come back at 4:30. Note we called days in advance and asked about getting the rentals on Sunday as we had lessons for boys first thing Monday and when we called the Snowmass village shop they immediately apologized for the interaction as we traveled to the other location to get the boys fitted which the kind folks took care of us in less than 15 minutes and were top notch. This is the service i expected as i have rented from Incline for years and never had such a rude experience as Taylor as my kids were afraid of this man on our vacation. I had to discuss this rude behavior as it was embarrassing that this had to happen. Taylor was the bad apple as everyone else created and corrected the bad experience Taylor created. I would recommend ensuring Taylor is not the representative of the company as he clearly does not have a customer focus. Date of experience: January 2024

Dave, Tom, Jack, everyone here is so kind and funny. There is truly no place I would rather rent gear from. They are very honest and genuine and one time they even sent me over to another store for something specific. They are expert skiers / snowboarders and the recommendations for gear are spot on. This is the best ski shop in all of Aspen. No comparison. Thank you

A great team at the perfect location, just steps away from the Aspen Mountain gondola. We were in and out within minutes and the ski gear worked out perfectly.

A popular place to rent ski equipment. Equipment reservation can be made online, in which case you will receive a 20 percent discount. Very friendly staff who helped me with the selection of the necessary equipment.

Great Customer Service!Great gear and very friendly staff. They were very attentive and very helpful, and provided great advice (we were for the first time in Aspen). Location is perfect, right next to the Aspen gondola. I would absolutely recommend them for your ski rental needs!
