I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend this business. I was on a riding trip in Aspen/Glenwood Springs area, and had a part failure. Tim (and Larry) from The Hub went absolutely above and beyond on a busy day in their high season to make every effort to get me rolling again, and once a solution was discerned, they made time *right then* to get me sorted out and back on the dirt. Friendly and competent. Next time I am *anywhere* near Aspen and have any cycling needs, this is the place I will spend my money.

The guys at the hub are amazing! By far the best bike shop and mechanics in the valley. Extremely knowledgeable and super friendly! Wouldn't trust any other shop with my bike!

Worst bike shop experience ever. Riding a TREK Powerfly less than a week old, major failure coming down from Maroon Bells. Took it here to get the problem diagnosed. They wouldn't take two minutes to look at it. Told me it was probably my fault, because I let the bike get up to 40 mph coming down from Maroon Bells and everybody knows mountain bikes aren't supposed to go that fast. I've been riding mountain bikes for over thirty years and never knew there was a self-destruct speed.Two weeks later I bought a new electric assist bike for myself, and you can bet it's not a TREK!

Absolute worst bike shop I've ever dealt with. I couldn't believe all the great reviews they have, then I noticed they're all old. Things have apparently changed. I own four different Trek bikes, three manual and one electric. We were biking in Aspen with two new Trek Powerfly bikes, both less than a week old. We had significant problems with one of the bikes and these guys couldn't even be bothered to take five minutes to look at the bike and diagnose the issue. I had gotten up to about 40 mph coming down from Maroon Bells and they said that was probably the problem. Told me mountain bikes aren't made to go that fast. I have an old Gary Fisher mountain bike that I have exceeded 50 on many times, but a $4,800 electric assist can't stand the speed? Am I supposed to brake all the way down? They are only interested in selling new bikes, so good luck if you need service or repairs. Two weeks after this experience I bought a new electric bike for myself and it's damn sure not a TREK.

Tim and Austin at the Hub are terrific. They've helped get my son set up with a mountain bike and equipped a couple of my bikes with studded tires for the winter. I highly recommend dropping into their shop!

I came in today with an urgent repair need - only one mechanic with a full book, but he sent me to another shop he liked and said if they were also booked he’d get me fixed up at the end of the day so I could at least get home - I love shops that will help you get your bike fixed even if they can’t do it. Glad I stopped in!

These guys are LEGENDS!!!! The most kind and knowledgeable bike shop I’ve found in the Roaring Fork valley ( lived here my whole life). It’s a no brainer to visit these guys for buying a bike, getting or installing parts, or just a simple tune. Oh and did I mention they are the most affordable shop in the valley. Stop in the shop and you won’t be disappointed.
