My tax professional, Zach, is knowledgeable, kind, welcoming and good at his job. He'll get you 100% of the tax deductions you are eligible for and he'll do it in a timely, professional manner. There's no place I would rather have my taxes done.

Easy to work with, everything done properly and fast. Nothing but positive working with Zach and his whole team. I've filed with them last couple years and will continue to do so. I think their team covers all locations in the RFV, I would highly recommend. Crazy Kimberly with her 1star review sounds like she needs to stay on top of her finances and not blame others for what guaranteed was her fault.

I came to Zach to save money and learn. I have a complicated tax return as it includes two states. I picked up my tax return Mid May, looked at it and said this isn't right ( I never paid this much before). Zach assured me it was correct and he even had someone look it over. I called him twice, left a message and no return. So I gave it to another accountant to look over and it was wrong. I called Zach 2 more times again he did not return my voice message. Then I went into his office. There were two instances he promised he would call me by a certain date with a status.. both times no phone call return. The tax return came back very unorganized and unprofessional. He "ran out" of envelopes ( come on that is the main office supply , get organized), he hand wrote the amendments, payments, and one envelope he had. In the end, the taxes came back as a pile of paper stapled together, 6 phone calls, 3 emails that were not returned ( 2 that were promised by Zach), and a big headache. Save your time and money. I know he is stressed, but then don't take on new clients. It was a 2 month battle with him. In the end he found the error, but it's not my fault. If you think he did not do it right, you can take it to someone else and if it is wrong get your money back. He was way off on his " 100% guarantee policy".
