I stopped in while in Aspen for a couple of weeks after going 3 months without a haircut. Susan, the owner, was welcoming into a safe and comfortable environment. Best of all, she gave me a great haircut! Highly recommend.

I stopped in last minute to get a simple blow out. While the guy who helped me was incredibly nice I'm guessing he doesn't typically do women's blow outs. My hair felt very broken, it was incredibly frizzy (very little product was used), the hair dryer had duct tape on it and no tip for frizz control. At the end I decided to be honest with him and what I assume was the salon owner after finding out on top of everything it was $75 before tip and a service charge. The man helping me seemed to be open to meeting me in the middle price wise but the salon owner (again assumption there) said no that if I was worried about the price I should've asked in the beginning EVEN though I made it clear it had NOTHING to do with the price. I'd gladly pay an overly priced hair treatment in Aspen as long as it met the experience expectations. Given this was the worst blow out I've ever had I don't think it was great customer service to basically tell me too bad.

I love this salon!! The staff is warm and friendly. I've been a regular for a year and my hair has never looked better. Plus they have some of the most reasonable prices in town. Highly recommend.

My favorite place to have my hair done - anywhere! Kind, knowledgeable people who really know how to make you look your best. Great color and cuts!
