I was in the Gucci Aspen store this past weekend. I was planning on purchasing these shoes, but the client advisor refused to relace the shoes, but did tell me I could re-lace them. The laces were so off it was impossible to tie them. One side was about 11 inches and the other side was about three inches. I said I will just order online and he replied, "Maybe that would be better for you." I reached out to my past advisor and he made sure the laces were even and I received them in two days. A small ask for a shoe purchase.

This is the best Gucci Store in Colorado - the Denver one is insignificant compared to this. We absolutely love shopping here. Their inventory levels are usually pretty well stocked, and I love that they have a wide selection of items available including clothes and not just accessories and purses. The quality of their items is top notch and I always recommend that my real estate clients who are in town for the weekend check this place out if they are here to shop. 10/10 recommend. There is an Aspen local who works here who has lived here for years and she is the best (I want to say her name is Dana?) Anyways, she's the best sales associate in the store. Exceptional customer service.

My family and I were greeted immediately upon entering the store. Such a different experience here than in many other locations of this and similar brands. All of us were soaking wet from the rain, and i was wearing the latest Carhartt fashion from Murdochs. The girls tried on shoes, hats and bags. Veronica was incredible. I usually hate these stores but this was an incredible experience.

I have purchased shoes from this boutique before with Lila (I think that was her name) and I didn't have any problems. In fact the service was great. However, when I came in a few months later to browse for what I might want next, I was really peeved by the sales associate I had to deal with. She followed me around the whole time which is fine however, I found the endless chatter to be utterly annoying. She told me she was a dancer from Florida and that she hiked on her tippy toes?? She kept pushing me to purchase items that I was only looking at and emphasized that when products come through they may go away forever so I should just buy them today. When in fact I have purchased items from Gucci preCOVID times and they are still for sale on the shelves. Not the greatest sales tactic. I felt a lot of judgement based off of my clothing and shopping bags that I should be spending thousands of dollars in one sitting. Another sales associate offered to hold our bags and coat which was a nice gesture. Overall the store is beautiful. I was just so annoyed by the sales associate that I may never return to this location, ha.

My wife and I were visiting from out of state. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Vee even though she was assisting another customer. We were also greeted by other employees who offered assistance as we walked throughout the store. Unfortunately, in OTHER stores, we have not been greeted/treated as friendly, where employees were just rude to us for whatever reason. Eventually, Vee was available and offered the friendliest assistance. She was so genuine and personally interested in our (my wife and I) story and reason for visiting Aspen. Because of Vee, I would be happy to make another purchase there should the opportunity present itself. Vee definitely deserves recognition for her outstanding customer care and professionalism. Thank you Vee and other Gucci staff for making our visit to your store so pleasant!

Well I don't even know where to start.. I asked if they have a balenciaga collaboration Jackie bag and it was out of stock which is fine. The saleswoman offered me a bag from a new collection presented to the Chinese New Year, but I'm Korean lol. This bag has nothing similar with Jackie bag, why didn't she offer something similar, but a Chinese New Year collection? Yes, I'm Asian, but not Chinese. I told her, "This is too girlish for me," and the store assistant said, "Well, I guess I'm too girlish, because I like it," and walked away!
