Was in Aspen 9/21. Aspen has such great stores. Went shopping one day and into Gorsuch. My wife and I grew up shopping at Neiman-Marcus in Dallas. We are used to paying high prices for quality merchandise. Neiman's prices are cheap compared to Gorsuch. We looked around the store. I found a really nice embroidered shirt for my wife, around $500. We asked for help. The lady salesperson was nonchalant and not engaging. My wife tried on the shirt and loved it. I looked up to find the same shirt paired with a denim and black lace "denim jacket." My wife loved the jacket shirt pairing and tried on the jacket, $1100. Again, pricey, but if you love something of good quality and it's worth it to you, I say get it. When we checked out we tried to be friendly to the staff. Not possible. Not receptive whatsoever. They must have "rude and snooty" as hiring prerequisites! The after story is the kicker. We were in Nashville during the CMAs. My wife wore her Gorsuch combo for the first time. She looked so cute I took a pic. I called the Aspen Gorsuch store and told the salesguy we had been in there and bought the combo. His response was like "ok, so what?" Thinking about companies wanting feedback and an internet presence, I said "My wife looks really cute in her Gorsuch clothes. Do y'all have anywhere you have pics or post your clients in their outfits?" He said "No!" and laughed, then hung up. Your rude salespeople are the public face of your establishment. I love your stores and your merchandise. Your service sucks and that's a big part of client experience! 2 out of 5 stars!

We visited both Gorsuch stores and needed up buying items from both. The staff, the selection , the items are all amazing. We will be back.

A truly unique store in a fantastic city. Just when you think brick & mortar stores are dead, Gorsuch proves everyone wrong. A fantastic selection of clothing, especially Bogner and great home furnishings. The sales associates were professional without the stuffiness of other high end retail shops. I was assisted by Elizabeth and Kathleen on 2 different occasions, a big shoutout too both! Be sure to checkout the basement sale section, some great prices down there!

Terrible experience on dec 31. Three of us had several items picked and waited for help. No help. When we asked someone if they can find us help, they were so rude. " you are going to have to wait! I am busy right now". Done in a loud voice, talking down to us. We were just asking if someone else could help, and trying to spend money! Walked out.
