Worst Ski Shop Ever I bought the "best" Oakley ski goggles for $200 in their Aspen store. They have a "sealed" 2-layer lens. Wore them for one afternoon immediately after purchase. They fogged up inside the sealed lens from top to center and I could see droplets of water in the bottom half. Clearly a faulty seal. I went back to their store asking to exchange goggles or just a lens replacement. The store manager was rude beyond description and flatly refused to do anything to rectify the situation. My salesperson was very apologetic about his manager's behavior. I told him that I would trash Gorsuch on every review site I could find and file a formal Better Business Bureau complaint. I have been skiing for over 50 years and Gorsuch is the WORST ski shop I have ever encountered. If I could give them a negative 5, I would. Date of experience: November 24, 2023

Most rude and disrespectful staff I’ve ever seen! Went several times thinking it was just a grumpy sales associate, and had that experience over and over again with different people at the ski shop while actually trying to buy stuff. I’m never coming back.

This is a review of the company's catalog, which I inexplicably received this year. I'm not one for identity politics, but it is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING in this day and age that only one or two of the 100+ photos featured a minority. This is neither reflective of their clientele nor the world. What a bizarre company.

Gorsuch is the absolute WORST! It is the worst company in all of Aspen and I would try to boycott it, if I were you. I went in there and not one person asked to help. I'm sure Gorsuch is thinking about how much money he's made, by lying to the people, so he doesn't bother anymore. I wish Gorsuch would just leave town because they bring nothing good to the community

This place hates women. This is the same Gorsuch who outlawed roe v wade. Don't shop here. Put this place out of business. Gotta fight on all fronts and Gorsuch has to feel the weight of his decision

Love all of the Gorsuch stores. We always find amazing new things to take home when we visit. The staff is super friendly and the store is absolutely gorgeous.

Just went I shop at Gorsuch. There was a sale on the helmet. A sign saying select helmet on sale. I asked them and they said that helmets with a yellow sign have a sale price on them. I tried a few helmets and choose a couple. I came back again with my husband and showed them the selected helmets and chose the helmet I liked. At the checkout, they said the helmet is not ringing out as sale even if the sticker said sale on them. We tried a few other helmets and the same thing happened. I asked them to talk to the manager and they said the manager will be back in 3 days. So to recap, they have a sign of sale and none of the things are actually on sale and they have accountability. At least don’t lie and have the fake sign and if you do then at least honor your sale price on the yellow sticker. Bad ethics by the company. They did not even remove the sticker and the sign after. We wanted to buy helmets and googles but who knows if it is on actual sale or fake sale.

Very rude staff. I was wearing my face cover and I was adjusting it since it fell and my nose was exposed. While I was adjusting it, this rude lady told me to keep it right on my face as if I wasn’t wearing anything. I was clearly wearing a face cover and adjusting it in place. She didn’t have to tell me what to do. I didn’t enter the store not wearing a mask, my intentions wasn’t to not wear one. I was there to buy a pair of ski pants and I have already gotten two ski jackets from them online. Didn’t know how rude their staff was. I left the store empty handed and won’t come back. Maybe I wasn’t rich enough to shop there. What a shame!

The most disrespectful and rude staff I have ever seen. The employee for the mens section, Chris Turner, scoffed at me when I asked if there are any ski jackets around $1000 (which there are) and told me to go to another store which had dumpy cheap snowboarding jackets. Also, the store is supposed to close at 8pm, however, when we went back to look at another jacket they had, Chris told us they closed at 7:30. We called up the Gorsuch support and they told us that the store is NOT supposed to close until 8. If you're in Aspen and want good quality jackets, just go to Moncler. They are so much nicer and actually help you.

Love everything about Gorsuch! Absolutely adorable! Plus, the staff is very friendly and helpful but not "pushy". I felt like they genuinely wanted to assist me. Highly recommend visiting their stores, it's a one stop shop!!
