So after 1 month. Today my 3rd call to the store. Nobody is capable to look on their system to track my order. Best is to call the Ccard company and place a dispute. Zero follow up. Zero capacity to do their jobs.

Most rude and disrespectful staff I’ve ever seen! Went several times thinking it was just a grumpy sales associate, and had that experience over and over again with different people at the ski shop while actually trying to buy stuff. I’m never coming back.
