Walked in, and workers attitude was not great. I went to the back to get fitted for some ski boots. The person on that shift did not recognize me, or say anything. He saw me waiting 5 min and ignored me helping other people. I said hello and politely asked if I needed an appointment he said “no I am Just busy”. Terrible service avoid if you can. We had amazing experience at performance ski right next door.

We used their shop at the W hotel. Very good service by the “rasta” lady, thank you. All the rest of the staff were polite and very nice too. Only exception was a man at the Snowmass location, outside when I returned my skies to be transported back to Aspen. Skies, poles and helmet rented all very good quality. Ski passes so easy to buy with Four Mountains Sport too. Will use again when back in AspenSnowmass. Recommend.

Incredible customer service!! I had an issue with a product I bought from the store. After a quick email conversation, the staff sent me a brand new item right to my door. Can't wait to come back here again!

Interesting business practices being done at this shop. 5 of the exact same jacket hung on a 40% off rack but the associates fail to honor the discount.

Top equipment and service. I rented a full suspension mtb and these guys tuned it perfectly with tire and suspension pressure before I headed out. Upon returning there was a misunderstanding with the rate and the manager was really professional and kind in making the situation right. Highly recommended.

Good service and gear, big plus to have valet service for my skis at each mountain so the skis are waiting for you the next day at any of the 4 resorts in the area.

Great gear right across the street from the ski mountain. Extra benefit: they will take your skis to another ski mountain the next day if you ask them. (Ask for details.)Super friendly, efficient, professional staff, especially the rental team. The blond woman with the nose ring (missed getting her name) was helpful and super easy to work with.

Firstly I’d like to state that they did have pretty good customer service, bare minimum at the cash register but the people working in the actual ski tune up section were cool. So overall customer service for me was 4/5, but I would also like to state that I payed for the “gold tune” and received my skis like they tuned it by looking at them and then saying “good enough” and handing them back to me. I don’t know if I messed them up when I was skiing groomers all day but I came home and noticed the same scratches on the bottom as when I put them in. Obviously this is coming from a person who has 1. Never tuned a ski, and 2. has gotten his skis waxed by machinery and tuned by one place. I expected it wouldn’t be perfect, the workers are only human but I still sorta expected them to not have scratches on the bottom when I received them. It’s totally my fault for not saying anything when I looked at them initially but still.overall I would rate the wax a 3/5, and the edge sharpening a 4/5(I didn’t notice anything wrong with it necessarily but it wasn’t a “perfect” job done) mid job but I will be going to another shop from now on, I’m sure they’re used to working with tourists all day and it can be annoying for them but still, I expect that they should be working as if they were their own pair of skis.

Called in last week to see if they offered season rentals for kids. An employee told us that they did but it had to be done in store. I told him we did not live in Aspen but would be there long enough this season to warrant the season rental. The person told me that all they needed was the specifics of the kids and I confirmed that someone could come make the reservations on our behalf. The employee said this would work. Fast forward a week later a friend who is local went in to make secure the rental, the employee he spoke to wasn’t sure and requested the manager. Manager proceeded to rudely say that season rental were for locals only and that we wouldn’t be able to rent. Waste of time for everyone involved, very frustrating. Needless to say we will be finding another rental shop.

After skiing I stopped by Four Mountain Sports as I had a problem with my boots and was not able to buckle them properly. I met with Dan Leuschel who everyone said was the “boot doctor”. He spent a great deal of time with me and made a few recommendations to me. My boots were not only too large on me, but were not meant to fit a narrow foot like mine. Not only was he very professional, but his knowledge was unmatched by any other ski personnel I have ever worked with. I have been skiing for many years so have met with many professionals.Dan fit me with boots that were perfect for me and made a great deal of difference with my skiing. Never have any boots felt so comfortable and fit so well.I would recommend Dan and Four Mountain Sports to anyone looking for boots and skis or need repairs. I will only go to Dan going forward.

They took great care of me and made the rental experience fast and easy. They even transported my skis to the mountain at no additional cost!Very patient and worked with me even after asking alot of questions, me being a first time skier.

We had an epic 25th anniversary day thanks to this place. We walked in and the staff were really helpful in setting us up with E-bikes. They explained how to use them and gave us great directions on how to get up to Maroon Bells. It was the most amazing bike trip!!! Our first E-bike ride made us fans! Coming from MN and not being acclimated to the altitude yet, the E-bikes made this ride physically possible. Once we got there we locked them up and hiked 3 miles. Thank goodness the bike ride back was all downhill!!! Gorgeous trail, great equipment, helpful staff. Priceless.
