Took some very beat up skis at the beginning of the season. Norm told me I’d be lucky to get 5 more days out of them, but he’d do his best. Got day 25 in today. Top notch work, service, and his love of the sport is evident in everything he does. Thanks, Norm!!

Demoed skis at Four Mountains Highlands and had an awesome experience. I was demoing to buy and Declan absolutely crushed it. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and helped me find the exact all mountain skis I wanted. Highly recommend and thanks a bunch, Declan!

Rented bikes from them and the process could not have been easier. Efficient, informative and laid back, awesome staff and would 100pct rent from them again.

Nice store well located in the town and easy to access. Staff is really nice and friendly excepted Mike the older guy who thinks he is above everyone.

We have been coming to this location for years and never had an issue but after hearing how the management talks to her employees we will not be returning again one star for the awful staff but Dan is amazing and has always helped us out can't say everybody is bad but the rude lady telling her workers off in front of us really turned us away next time we will get our skis from the aspen location

On our recent trip to Aspen, we were unable to secure the much sought-after Bus reservations to see the Maroon Bells. So we decided to try the Cycling option instead which does not require any permits. My wife had knee surgery recently (3.5 months ago). so she was skeptical about committing to / spending $$ to riding the 16mile 1500ft elevation gain RT route. The staff (Brandon & Randy) were very helpful. They suggested and helped my wife try out 3-4 different eBikes of varying sizes to make sure she was comfortable and did not have any knee pain. They also helped me with a good fit for a hybrid bike. They were very kind and patient. Hard to see people like that in the world today.Really appreciate their help and service. Highly recommend them and will definitely visit them again.

Sold me sunglasses that distort the view. Wanted to return them a few hours later and they did not accept them, insisting there is nothing wrong with it. Basically telling me that I am lying. Horrible experience.
