Same experience with a lot of reviews here. Was genuinely trying to buy something but got disappointed with the staff’s attitude. They were chatting and pay no attention to me while I’m the only customer in the store. When I asked them questions, they were very condescending as if I couldn’t afford it. Luis Vitton’s staff was super friendly on the opposite.

Nope. Beware! Shop elsewhere! I love Dior and wanted to treat myself while on vacation in Aspen. But unfortunately the staff was haughty and unfriendly.. the older brunette lady looked me up and down, snickered and walked away. It was a scene straight out of pretty woman. My boyfriend was behind me and clearly saw it, stating "I don't think we should shop here". We were both embarrassed and offended. Fortunately Gucci is next door and not only was the staff lovely, offering champagne while we shopped, but they were more than happy to take my money and we went home with great pieces!

Buyer beware, my wife and I purchased a pair of sunglasses last Saturday, September 24, 2022 we returned home to ask our optometrist about making Rx lenses which we were told they could not be done because of the style. We live out of town so I immediately called about returning them, I was shocked to find out eye-ware is not returnable or exchangeable, final sale. There is nothing anywhere in that store to indicate that nor did the salesperson inform us of this policy. We have shopped and purchased at Dior around the world, that has ended.

Love love this store, drove all the way from Denver for my Lady D and Natalie was beyond amazing with me from choosing the perfect color to the size of the purse!

Rude customer service, couldn’t be bothered when I asked to try on different sizes for shoes I was looking for (for an event that night). Not a luxury boutique feeling based on staff. Quite disappointed

This Dior boutique is small and cozy and nestled in the heart of downtown Aspen. I shop a lot at Dior where I and from and have even been a guest at special Dior events for fashion week in Paris. I know a lot about the boutique experience and the normally exceptional service and packaging. The service was nice enough in the boutique when I was on holiday from Atlanta. However when it came time to check out to buy an almost 5,000 item they tried to charge shipping to send it to my home! This is unheard of for a luxury brand! I shopped at Theory, Rag and Bone and Christian Louboutin and the Chanel pop up in Aspen that same day and they all shipped to my home fast and free. When I asked the SA upon reviewing my receipt she did reluctantly agree to waive shipping. I am sad to say it was shipped the SLOWEST way possible and although I was in the boutique a week before Christmas it is now almost New Years and the first delivery attempt was made at my house. Just for comparison- my $200 rag and bone coat arrived 2 days after i purchased it. This is not the Dior I am used to! I know I will enjoy my purchase... whenever it arrives but I will stick to shopping at other Dior boutiques which don’t share the same shipping policy.

Walked in during a shopping trip with the family and the sales associates were rude and confrontational. The store was sub-par and had nothing worth the attitudes, I would just skip the whole thing and order my products online in the future.

Connor is absolutely fantastic! I fell in love with a yellow Gucci marmont bag but of course it was sold out in all stores and Connor was extremely diligent in hunting down one of the last two left. He was friendly and super helpful in getting me the bag. Best customer service I've received in a long time.

I had the pleasure of working with Sara who was more than helpful. I got a purse for my wife's birthday and upon receiving the purse, my wife noticed a small scratch on the leather (which probably happened during the shipping). I spoke with Sara and even though that bag was the last one in the store she went out of her way to get another one. I sent the bag back and received the new bag today. Thanks a lot Sara!

I drove 8 hrs back and forth from Broomfield to get the lady dior handbag. I asked them to ship the item to where i lived bcuz taxes in Aspen was a lot more. When I recieved the item the gold hardware had A LOT of stratches. I called them and talked to one of the SA and she blamed me for the stratches on a brand new handbag that i havent even worn. She told me she would give me a call back but never heard back from her. I left many voicemails but they dont seem to care. I didnt want to have a horrible experience with the brand I used to adore so much but the experience has made me bitter. SA kept on repeating that I made the stratches on the bag which was very sad.

Had the BEST time shopping Gucci Aspen! Daniella and Ashley were SUPER sweet AND they found my dream shoes. I know people like to complain about "snobby" service at upscale stores, but that is NOT always the truth. I was dressed ready for a hike the first day and they treated me the same as when I came the next day dressed up. And the selection of clothing is AMAZING!!! If you want friendly service, a sales staff who KNOW their product, and a great selection of merchandise, you HAVE to visit THIS Gucci! Love, love, love and tons of STARS!!!! Tina Levine:)
