Came with my family to get some Aspen exclusive items but was surprised with beautiful stock. We dressed REALLY average so first impression service wasn’t perfect. But whenever I had a question or concern, the staff would help no-questions-asked. Came in the next day and got recognized so service was awesome again! They have LOTS of silver 7/28

Unpleasant Experience with Rude Employees
I recently visited Chrome Hearts to exchange a sweatshirt for a smaller size, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was met with rude employees who seemed uninterested in assisting me. Despite having my receipt and the sweatshirt brand new, tried it on home was to big and put it back in the bag, I was informed that I couldn’t exchange it because it had a couple of hairs on it.
I understand that stores have return policies, but the employees’ dismissive attitude and refusal to accommodate a simple exchange were unacceptable. The lack of basic customer service and courtesy left a lasting negative impression. I won’t be shopping at Chrome Hearts again ( sales people in the store and manager ruin the brand with their attitude) as if they can afford it!! wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Quality of the clothing for the most part is cheap Hanes print at best. The clothing is thin and immediately shrinks, very poor quality. The employees are pretty rude. I had asked a couple questions and I heard them gossiping between each other as in why I asked questions. Skip chrome hearts and go anywhere else in Aspen.

They think they are the mona Lisa and said I couldn’t take pictures of there 300$ ring. I was taking a picture of a ring to get for my sister since she isn’t here. Was going to spend money in there store. Now I won’t. 3 girls all sitting behind the counter being rude mean girls have bad vibes. The store was messy. The display counters had duck tape and scissors and trash everywhere. Treated poorly. Don’t go here.

Amazing customer service! I purchased glasses many years back and they broke. Branden facilitated contact with company promptly returning and getting a replacement/repair done in a timely fashion. Hats of to Chrome Hearts for backing up their product and Hats of to Branden for spending a great deal of time with no direct renumeration! I will continue to support both with future purchases.

Aspen is the best chrome hearts store! My SA, Stella, was extremely helpful and responsive to my emails. I was surprised at how quickly I was able to purchase my jewelry thanks to her! Super nice person, and I'm sure the other sales associates there are splendid as well. Will continue to shop here if I plan on buying more pieces :)

let me tell you! after numerous attempts going through other chrome hearts locations this is the one! other locations truly don’t seem to care or even want to sell to you for that matter.i personally shopped with Stella and from the speedy answers , help and knowledge on all little details, and the beautiful handwritten wrote with my box. i will never shop anywhere else agin!if she’s reading this tell her thank you!

I was a problematic customer pulling all sorts of alt sizes out and needing one of them shipped. I was making them dig through backstock. Brandon took it like a champ, was extremely patient with me, and accommodated a special request. These people are fantastic and patient and you should be honored to shop there. They wrapped the gifts I was giving my friends beautifully and took such good care of my wife and I as we shopped.
