We enjoyed our time at Innsbruck. The rooms were very comfortable and had all we needed. The oven/convection/microwave unit was very fancy but even with reading the manual we couldn't get anything to cook right. There were some quirky temperature issues with the air and water - but nothing terrible.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. They provide rides to shuttles and gave lots of suggestions for things to do and places to eat.
The location is amazing. A long walk or quick bike ride to the downtown area. They offer free bikes to ride around town so a beautiful way to enjoy the town and the Rio Grande trail!

Customer service and basic supplies (i.e., dish soap, sponge, cooking oil) and amenities (i.e. cheap hot tub) very lackluster for the price range. Customer service and check in process is particularly disorganized and lousy. Would not book again.

Overall a great place to stay. The only issue we had is with the bedroom temperatures. It was always too hot in the rooms even with the heat turned off (it was in the 30's outside)

The rooms are luxury with all you need. Located right by main area shopping. Hot tub was wonderful but it is noisy because its by busy traffic road. The beds and pillows are very comphy.Rooms: Cozy beds,safes,charging ports,and really really nice robes omgod?Nearby activities: Shopping district, maroon bells, gondalla rides and john denver sancuary all with 5 min.Safety: Warnings posted about bears and fire estinguishers located and labeled and great locks on doors..and 2 ways or 3 ways to get out of rooms.Walkability: Everything is close. Pubs,shops,food,scenic stops

Room is awesome! Full-size kitchen, large refrigerator washer/dryer in room and withinwalking distance of many shops and restaurants. The fireplace is the BEST!

Great people like Jesse at the front desk.Not a lot of parking spots. Pool is not working! But the hot tub is great.Walkability: Close to town center with the added benefit of a shuttle.

Great and comfortable week stay. The staff is knowledgeable and so attentive. The staff is the best I have interacted with. An amazing amenity is they offer rides around town and to Snowmass gondolas at a fist come first serve basis. There is limited parking in the back.Rooms are clean and spacious. We had a 2 bedroom with 3 full bathrooms on the ground level. The kitchen is well equipped it’s a full sized refrigerator and microwave / convection oven but no oven. You ca enter from the front or from each bedroom.Look forward to future stays.Walkability: 10 minute walk to Hopkins street restaurants. 20 minutes to the gondola.

We are time share owners with bluegreen. Nice place centrally located within walking distance. Wifi did not work all that great. You have to be out by 10 was odd. They did give us 30 extra minutes which helped but 10am?

We love BlueGreen and really enjoy staying at this resort. Nice rooms, well planned with two bedrooms that each have their own bathroom as well as another bathroom for guests who use the sofa bed. Can walk just a couple blocks to get to business district with convenient shops and restaurants. Staff is great and responsive. Close to lots of activities in the area for all seasons.
