We came in over the holiday weekend and had the most terrible experience. Absolutely terrible. The sales girl judged us from the moment we walked in, with no knowledge of our potential purchasing power. "Big mistake," as Julia Roberts once said. The customer service was atrocious and unacceptable on all accounts, for any customer, whether browsing or purchasing. I understand that it is Aspen but please, honey, y'all ain't all that. We've purchased several pieces from the store in Vail, which is the polar opposite. The staff there are lovely and the customer service is what it should be - respectful, kind, and pleasant-natured. Even though we have a second home in Aspen, we will not be setting foot here ever again. Fortunately Aspen has several other jewelers to choose from!
