Rented an e-bike from this place because I don’t have one (yet) and it was a fantastic experience. First of all, the bike was a Specialized, so of course it’s gonna be awesome. Just took it out for a leisurely stroll along the Rio Grande towards Woody Creek and loved every second of it. It was a pretty good deal and they let me lock up the bike after hours since they close at 5. 10/10 experience from a locals perspective, and also, I’ve heard this is one of the best spots to rent e-bikes in the valley in general.

Fairly priced, and a quick and easy rental. They have regular bikes and e-bikes. Helmets are also offered.

We rented some e-bikes to pedal up to the maroon bells. The bikes were great but the service was better! The staff was very accommodating and gave us recommendations on the some local spots to hit during our stay. Will be coming back!

The manager is horrible; he has no empathy, respect or kindness. I have never had such an unpleasant encounter. The bike had a problem with the gears before I got on it. So, when I got on the bike, and tried to pedal forward, the back tire wouldn't move. When I tried to ask for a new bike, he accused me and my mom of breaking it. He immediately became verbally aggressive. He finally gave us refund only after two of his employees seemingly convinced him. If the employees hadn't acted our defense, I don't know what would have happened. I warn anyone looking into this bike shop: go somewhere else!

We rented some electric bicycles and trailer behind bikes for our kids and had a delightful time. We bicycle down to Woody Creek and the E bikes were great to make the trip back very easy staff was very friendly and helpful.

We rented a couple bikes. One was okay, but the second was unsafe to ride. Completely bald narrow tires, terrible seat, and bad brakes.

We had a great experience today with Aspen Bikes, who equipped us with what we needed to embark on a 45 mile ride down the Rio Grande trail. The trail was gorgeous and almost completely downhill, which allowed us to take in the views without overly exerting ourselves. We started at 9:00 AM, stopped for lunch in Carbondale, and wrapped up at the Glenwood Springs Park ‘N Ride - hopping on the bus back to Aspen.Thank you to Aspen Bikes for our rental.

We rented two Specialized Mountain eBikes and took the rio grand trail up to an awesome lunch spot, Woodys Creek Tavern! The staff at Aspen Bikes got us all setup and off we went! Quality customer service and equipment!

Great bikes, great friendly service! I arrived 45 minutes before the shop's summer opening time, with no reservation, but the shop guys didn't miss a beat. They immediately signed me in, set me up with a great road bike for the trip I described to them, and had me fitted and on my way. They even helped with directions to the route I had planned. The staff are experienced riders, so I'm confident they could have handled any cycling request - road, touring, or ebike. Will definitely stop in next time I'm in Aspen!

Very callous , indifferent attitude. No interest in achieving any level of customer satisfaction. Basic things like helmets and bike locks were forgotten to be given. Incorrect route made to be scanned. Anyone renting from this place, lookout for your own selves, do your own homework , better still rent elsewhere.

We rented 2 carbon fiber road bikes to take the visiting adult children up Reudi. Beginning to end, the process was seemless. The staff were all polite, efficient and competent. What a special experience these days! Awesome job. Many thanks.
