Customer Service was excellent if only you get the same in your phone avenues you tech support sucks. Took 6 months and 3 of them and I finally have the right box you need to train them. If I were paying for flex we would have a huge problem. Get your stuff together xfinity I only keep you because Im forced to

seemed like a lot of people waiting.. a waiting list that really only took a few minutes.. I exchanged my cable box.. no problem.. great service
