Just went in and Nicole waited on me. Something wrong. All workers here are smiling and in a good mood. Nicole made sure to ship my small package the best rate possible. I swear, I think owners pumping happy gas into air like casinos do. Thanks Nicole. And have a good day !!! Totally appreciate it !

Somehow whenever I use this location for mails or packages, I run into issues of lost packages or mails or long delay in the Denver USPS distribution center. Looks like the Denver USPS distribution center has even worse reviews for stolen packages or long delays. And I don't know what is the link between this location and that distribution center. However, the Arvada downtown post office works for me without issues. A mystery to solve.

They don't use USPS QR codes. Apparently they aren't allowed. Odd, but ok. But they also apparently don't have a printer to print a label, or just won't print. Useless.

Chose carefully who assists you. If you need more then stamps be aware and check everything on receipt before you leave the building. If the make a mistake they aren't much help. For sure they never apologize for those mistakes.

The people at this post office are so nice and helpful. Phil was awesome—he helped me ship an international package and he even cut the box for me to make sure it was the correct size and then taped it up and everything. He was super thorough and knew his stuff!! Going to the post office can be a headache but this place was so friendly, I really appreciated it!! I definitely recommend coming to this location.

I managed to prove that their prices are not in line with USPS post office pricing. Provided proof of this to the manager, he agreed to refund me the serious difference in cost on package insurance but never did and will not respond to emails any further. This place should be avoided at all costs.

Very rude staff... highly recommend doing business elsewhere. They ignore you IF you are not in line even if your question is "is the a drop off location in the back?" Very rude when she finally answered me like I was interrupting her counting stamp books not helping anyone in line anyways....the holidays are stressful for EVERYONE and being kind costs NOTHING.
