A lovely woman named Ha helped me with my deposit today. She was very friendly and before me I got to see her be very calm and polite with a very rude guest. You have a great employee on your hands!

I remember when this was a great bank. Sadly they never recovered from the Covid days. Wait times to meet with a banker are terrible. They allow you to make an appointment, but they don't honor it.
