Do not use this ATM. They took $100 out of my account after I filed a claim when it was their faulty equipment. After they "researched" and didn't find an extra $100 they said it was my fault. No the next person who used it got that $100. I will be switching my account as soon as possible.

I've used Wells Fargo for a long time but they have been completely unreasonable while trying to open a checking account for my son. I was able to open a savings account for him previously with no problems and no ID for him. Then, after their online appointment making system did not work, I called for an appointment. When I got there they said they needed his passport. I went home and got it. Then they would not accept my drivers license because it had expired 3 days ago. I'm switching banks for my entire family. Capital One actually looks like a better deal.

Horrible service. Was the only car in the drive tru and deposited cash. Sat for 17 min to get a simple deposit done. Worse service ever.

Such a great bank! Love my experience. I've used Wells Fargo in Texas and was happy with their service. Here in Arvada this bank has an outstanding service. Both banker and classier are nice, very attentive and so helpful. Definitely my favorite location.

I have been a customer since 2005 I requested to print three pages at this location while they were totally dead with nobody but employees in the building and they turned me down even if I did the exact same thing at a different location the day before not to mention many others. 10 out of 10 will never go to this location again. This service suck.

I have used this Wells Fargo for a year and a half for business/personal. It has been hands down the most friendly, accurate, helpful and professional WF I have been to in Colorado. They always greet their customers by name and remember past conversations that show they actually pay attention to what the customers talk to them about. Elena, Ginny, Isiah and Jodi ( the fastest deposit teller) have all went above and beyond to exceed my expectations for a Wells Fargo. Most bankers I have sat down with are very corporate and sound the same when it comes to giving me financial advice but Cameron has sat down with me and explained a lot to me about my finances that no other personal bankers have told me. Whether it's my excessive amount of deposits, big change order, losing my debit card, or having problems with my account, they are always accurate and fast at helping me. This can be a very busy bank at times to which I don't understand some complaints. If you have had a problem at this bank, it's not the bank. It's you. The customer service here is a dime a dozen. Don't expect the best service if you're a shitty customer to begin with :) Thank You Arvada WF!

I'm so mad at WF. My husband has had his accounts with them for decades. We both have excellent credit and have gone to them several times while shopping for car loans. They are NEVER the best rate, ever, even though they "know" us and our finances. So none of our loans has ever been through them. This location specifically is awful because they just closed on Saturdays. That's the only day I could actually go into a bank, and now i can't. If we didn't have ALL of our money and auto payments set up through WF, I would jump this ship so fast. Not even getting into the ethics of this bank.

I went to make a deposit for my husband and asked if I could use the ATM (I had his card and pin). The bank was packed with people and in front of everyone the bank clerk tells me it's fraudulent activity, it was embarrassing to say the least. I understand policy and protecting your customers but I took my business and personal accounts to chase a few years back for this very reason. The customer service at Wells Fargo is something to be desired.

There have been several instances I have used this bank for change for the company I work for. I have never had a problem until recently with a bundle being short. Being a manager in an industry and being shorted 25 dollars in change from this bank is not my ideal morning starter. Especially as I am trying to open my store and start business for the day. I do not have time to drive/call/check with a bank to make sure they are doing their very important jobs correctly. Make sure to count your bundles when getting ANY bundles from this location. Once you leave the lobby they don't go out of their way to find the problem and won't fix their mistake. I did not have time to stand around to get the problem handled, as I had to get back to my company to ready for the day, thank you so much wells Fargo for shorting my change count of my company and actually putting my whole schedule for the day very behind. Don't recommend wells Fargo for banking... they won't even accurately make simple change orders, then argue with you and tell you you are wrong and there is nothing they can do to fix their mistake.

How unfortunate it is when I have to write about a bad experience but I feel people need to be warned ... That being said I feel every time I've stepped foot inside this Wells Fargo ...it's never that great .. I'm not sure if it's the land of misfit bankers or what .. I will also say I've been a loyal customer of Wells since 1998!!! That's a really long time.. But AGAIN today was the last straw! I'm refinancing my home and anyone who has ever done that knows how frustrating it can be .. After putting in another hard earned deposit with the banker I ask if someone can help me get some pages of bank statements for my loan and the guy says "sure" ... Since it's dead in the bank I hope it won't be too much of an inconvenience for the personal banker to take a few minutes to help a loyal client to the bank... WRONG.. I'm greeted by Dustin and I started to explain my situation and he basically cuts me off and starts to scold me for not getting the statements myself and was almost in disbelief When I tell him I don't have a printer ...And then starts to complain that way too many of the banks customers are asking to get these documents and that we need to be doing it ourselves .... Ummmmm really dude bro ??? How totally unprofessional and totally rude! You always accommodate your guest with no condition... Thats what customer service is about ... I will never bank here again.... And beware of this dude bro if he helps you out.. because he won't be happy about it and he will make you feel like a j*** ... Or just bank at another location ..the one in Applewood is way more friendly !

Danelle Giffen have me unbelievable customer service I'm a great time of need. I was embarrassed about my circumstances, and not only did she make me feel comfortable and take care of my needs, she made me feel like family. If you're looking for a small bank, this isn't where you'll want to go. I've had good enough experience with the service from here and with the employees, but there's only so much you can get from a corporate bank. It's almost too bad that they can't have more of a community connection and work more with those that they serve. It would be good business and it simply would be more business for them too.
