Earlier this week I had an unpleasant experience with Wells Fargo Phone Customer Service. I went to my local branch to clear things up. I had an appointment with David Mitchell. David was able to clear everything up quickly, and seamlessly. I would recommend this branch to anyone looking and specifically David. Thank you for the great service.

If I could give zero stars I would. One teller on duty, slow as hell to begin with, then she refuses to accept my ID. Wells Fargo is the worst back in our country. They should have there charter revoked and the corporate management should be prosecuted!!! Trash company trash policies everything about them is #$&@!!!

My family and I have been a members of Wells Fargo dating past 1992 here in Colorado and felt it overdue to leave a review. We value the service we always received at this branch. We appreciate you being open on Saturdays too.I would like to highlight, Fred and Marina's accommodating, friendly manner both are and all about business. Fred always has a smile on his face and a welcoming hand extended and believe he is the biggest supporter we have for our small and thriving business, we'd be little without them.

Please answer your phone. It is impossible to reach a real person at the branch, and I keep getting redirected to the call center, who cannot help me and redirects me to your branch...and 'round and 'round we go.

Horrible bank, horrible location. I've been a customer for 20 years and have a dozen accounts with them and I can't get ahold of anyone on the phone. I can't wait to close my accounts.
