Matthew is THE rudest, most discourteous service person with whom I've ever had the misfortune of transacting business! As long as the owner of this "establishment" so-called,chooses to keep this poisonous person employed, I will choose to do business elsewhere. I DON'T PAY FOR RUDE TUDE!!!

So my experience here was pretty close to a nightmare. The guy was super rude with "funny" and rude remarks.Personally from what I experienced, the guy definitely leans towards a "certain" clientele. I WILL NOT give them my money again.If this is who they hire, I can only imagine what the "head" looks like.I haven't seen prices like this for alcohol since going to a liquor store in Utah.Pretty pricey.It is a clean store though I will give them that.

Boyfriend just stopped by to make his first alcohol purchase, it's his 21st birthday today. Was refused service because his ID is vertical (well no duh, it's his birthday TODAY and his ID doesn't expire for a few weeks). I understand some places have a policy of not taking vertical IDs period, but his approach was extremely rude and he hadn't even gotten his ID completely out yet. Before even making his way to checkout, the guy already wasn't friendly and staring him down like he wasn't welcome at all. Boo! It costs nothing to treat others with kindness.

It appears to be closed for good. At 7:45, the lights are off and the door is locked and boarded up. Too bad, I liked this place.

I went to Water Tower Liquors, among other errands downtown, a couple of weeks ago. After parking in their lot, I lost my car key in a mere twenty minutes of shopping (which admittedly is my fault!). Despite me writing a handwritten note to the store owner and explaining that I could not move my car due to having to get another key from the dealer, the owner towed my car. I immediately emailed the owner to ensure he undertsood the full context of why my car was in his parking lot, and he never wrote back back. The tow company told me they often pick up cars here, so I would be beware. It was $275 to retrieve my car.

The team mobilized to get us what we needed, including ice (which has been in short supply in the area). We really appreciated their help. Edward was courteous and friendly. Good selection of spirits.
