This storm made me feel so uncomfortable I walked in and I'm being followed by one of the workers they stereotyping me as a thief when I went to go talk to the manager about it she was rude and since you put him up to it and she said he's the manager and there's nobody about her very rude experience from the whole team. I am not one to complain about Walgreens my experience with Walgreens are usually great but this one time was so horrible I left the store in tears I suffer from anxiety and depression because of the way it is going inside the stores it's so sad that anytime I go into the stores I get judgment belittling?

The employees here always are kind and try to be helpful, but I get the vibe they're chronically understaffed. I've had multiple vaccine appointments canceled at this store last minute because of staffing issues.

Beware people with diabetes who are new to pens. They didn't give me the needles for forty-five days. Me not knowing that there was a needle to be screwed at the end of the pen. Lost the whole batch by leaving it out of the fridge.

Not sure how this location has two stars. Do not come here for a vaccination as they don't care when you made your appointment. Took me 3 hours to finally get my vaccination. Others less crazy were turned away or just gave up. Meanwhile people are coming to pick up their prescriptions because they were told they were ready only to learn that their call center doesn't communicate with stores. And will notify people to come in even if the store is backed up. If you are looking for a purgatory or limbo like situation I highly recommend you booking a vaccination appointment later in the day and jamming to their pop songs from the last 40 years.

Rudest, most unprofessional pharmacy I've visited. Pharmacy opens at 9. Waited at the drive through till 9:05, nothing. There were several other cars waiting as well. Went inside, customers sitting around waiting as the pharmacy was still closed at 9:10. Finally, the pharmacist and his two techs stroll in at 9:15, no apology to anyone waiting. Pharmacist says in a rude and condesending manner, "we will be open in a bit." When I called them out, the pharm tech replies in a sarcastic manner, "we were stuck in traffic." As I'm getting my prescription, the Pharmacist is giving me dirtly looks for calling them unprofessional. I undertstand being late. It happens. But, apologize to waiting customers. Have some basic customer service skills and if you hate your job that much, go work somewhere else.

This store used to be decent but now it's awful. You will wait at the front trying to check out. The pharmacy is unwilling to help you out. I hate this place.

Appreciate the nice store and many good employees. I am giving them 2 stars for poor pharmacy service. This may not be an employee issue but it's exhausting when automatic refills are hit and miss. This is suggestive of poor computer program in place. Tonite called because several refills missing again and I am told by pharmacy none of the many prescriptions needed have never been requested in this manner. I truly give up. Better choice for reliability and customer service would be Alpine or Chinook who also offer free delivery. King Soopers lost some contracts due to no longer working with insurance. Walgreens seemed ideal choice due to location but even mail pharmacy with all its headaches would be an option

Lead sift person just lied to us and would not exchange an exchange propane bottle. We received a defective propane bottle and went to exchange it. She gave us some story of how she needed a receipt and proof we bought there. We did not have the receipt with us. It is only an exchange they don't scan the bottle and see who sold what bottle she just needs to mark defective and the Blue Rino people give them a new bottle. It makes no since to harass your customers. We are tired of NO customers service we are frequently using this store but constantly have trouble with customer service but it ends today.

Aggressively bad service. The pharmacy staff are incompetent and dishonest. There are enough other pharmacies in the area that nobody should ever give their money to this sad excuse for a business.

I've had to call the pharmacy twice for two different (and unrelated) prescription mix-ups, and on both occasions, I needed the medication the same day.The pharmacists up front transfer me to a backend pharmacist (or logistics?) in the back and these folks have worked their magic for me twice - both times resulting in my medication being available within 3 hours.Thank you for the customer obsession and service!

Absolutely worst customer service ever at a pharmacy i've ever had in my life.. I stood at the Drop off counter for almost ten minutes and not one person helped me, Not even a hello.. but was ok with people dropping the prescriptions at the express pick up window and getting service right away.. After the third person was helped before me, I walked out.. Besides they're overpriced anyways.. Go to walmart, everything's literally half the price.

One of the employees at this location is so wonderful. Her name is Lisa and she works in the cosmetic section. She is so kind every time we go in. She truly stands out as an exceptional person. She's so sweet to my teenage daughters and helps them find the right makeup for them. Lisa is so sweet we love going in just to say hi. If I had a business I'd hire Lisa! She's wonderful.
