I’d rather drive all the way across town than ever go to this Walgreens again. I have been coming here for 2 years and NEVER had a good experience. The employees are rude except maybe 1 or 2 of the YOUNG employees. The rest are unbearable. The lowest stocked and least attended to Walgreens I have ever been to. And dear lord the pharmacy is a whole different monster. Just take my advice and drive a little further next time you need to go to Walgreens.

Moved to this pharmacy since the one on Sheridan and 64th has gone downhill. So far so good!

I've been using this location for years because it's convenient and has drive thru.I know most of the pharmacy staff well. Ben, David, Maddie are always great to deal with. My prescriptions are always filled in a timely manner and I'm usually able to pick them up within a few minutes of getting notification they're ready. My only complaint is the ever changing pharmacy hours. And also the drive thru being closed when staff is on duty. I use the drive thru because it's easier on me so I don't have to take my wheelchair in and out of my truck.

This store is knowingly selling gift cards that have been tampered with. Apparently, they have had issues with tampered Vanilla gift cards for months. When I returned to the store after finding out my $100 gift card was invalid, the manager told me they try to check them before they put them out for purchase, but "some get missed". Despite having this knowledge, they continue to sell them to unwitting customers without verifying during the check out process that the customer has not purchased a tampered card. I'm not sure how this is legal. They are taking complete advantage of their customers. Once Walgreens has received the money for the falsified gift card, it is theirs to keep. They do not allow refunds. To me, that is equivalent to the original theft done by those tampering with the cards. Disgraceful.

I have shopped at Walgreens for years, but my experience tonight will ensure I will never shop there again. As I was shopping for groceries using my reusable shopping bag a middle-aged, black haired employee named Michelle started asking me if I would be paying for these items tonight. I assured her I would. She replied saying she could have the police here in minutes. Michelle proceed to overtly take pictures of me while I was getting the last of the items on my list. After speaking to the cashier about my experience while PURCHASING my groceries decided to call the location to make a formal complaint. While on the phone with the same cashier who rung me out, I overhear him say, "Michelle, it's the guy you thought was stealing on the phone" and then I was placed on hold. I gather Michelle is the night time manager of this location. I understand this location has been experiencing issues with theft, however Michelle's behavior is completely unacceptable. I have been shopping at Walgreens for almost a decade, but thanks to your employee Michelle, I can promise I will never shop at Walgreens again.

Ben, Matt , and David made my Walgreens Pharmacy experience (and weekend for that matter) above and beyond expectations. I can only imagine what they go thru on a daily basis but I fully appreciate my transaction with them today. Thanks >

Pharmacists are incompetent. Overheard the pharmacist reading out loud confidential patient information. Took them 45 mins to print a piece of paper I had already completed online. They don't take walk ins but they don't take appointments either. Clear your day if you go here.

This Walgreens has failed me on multiple occasions. I can get there in two minutes and am driving 20 minutes to go to a CVS instead. Three times I have ordered eye drops from them and they have quoted me $1000 for the prescription after insurance. I then take the exact same prescription to CVS and it's $0 after insurance. Then today, they lost my prescription. After being on the phone for half an hour, I was told that he had found the prescription and would get it ordered. I was then past to the pharmacist for questions even though I didn't have any. She then argued with me that this prescription didn't exist. I mentioned that the last person had found it and she argued that I was wrong and had misinformation. Sent it to CVS again. Despite how close they are, they make it such a pain, I will not be going back

I go to this particular store because of Tyler, a young man that has impeccable manners and high standards of dealing with customers. He goes the extra mile to always be courteous and helpful. He is the epitome of customer service.I could shop at several closer stores but I make the extra trip to this location because of this outstanding employee.

Kate was helping me with electronic coupons, she called Tyler over for the rescue. While he dropped everything he was doing to help, she shared with me that Tyler is wonderful to work with, always ready to help, regardless of the department. What a blessing to hear such friendly and encouraging words & I got the coupon!

The Pharmacy is so accommodating. I needed a prescription rushed and I talked the the pharmacist. She realized the urgency and got it done before 5 pm when they closed. They are always helpful in explaining the meds you are taking. I use them for all my meds.

tired of being hung up on for no reason.... when i call back because I got disconnected... just just get hung up on....call back because maybe its a fluke.... nope! They are doing it to my phone number...NOPE...i was not even being rude or anything

Always have problems when I come here, whether it’s not having what I need to not having someone to help grab what I need to rude service. Final straw was not being notified about my photo order not being completed when they were out of paper for the photos. I get it’s Christmas, but a phone call would’ve been nice, especially when I placed my order on Sunday, pick up date on Wednesday and you didn’t receive printer paper by Monday. Not even an apology.
