I picked up a new prescription and it was my first visit to this Walgreens. The older lady with the Walker assisted me and she was so through about getting my information and updating the system. She really had good customer service skills.

I will add to their bad reviews. They have a huge sign that states no appointment necessary for vaccines. The pharmacist asked me if I had an appointment we said no and your sign says walk-ins welcome. I was told that I needed to make an appointment. The appointment was made for one hour later. My wife was with me and she also wanted a Covid shot. They were going to schedule her appointment a half hour after mine. I was also looking for a passport photo and was told that they were not set up today for that and I would need to go to another Walgreens. So much for customer service. Guess I will look to get our Covid shots and passport photo elsewhere.

Switched to them because I was told by Walgreens pharmacy that they took my insurance and knew I have long term prescriptions. Walgreens is not contracted with my insurance and will only allow a few months of refills & bam...I was cut off just like that! I am having to switch to different pharmacy and completely out of meds. New pharmacy stated it is also hard for them to get my prescriptions but they will eventually get them and that I am not the first person to come to them because we are not properly informed by Walgreens.

Understaffed. Staff not knowledgeable. Store closes whenever they like it. Go somewhere else.

Friendly employees and a well kept store. I did get help for what I was looking for, went up to the register to pay for my items. I was asked about some credit card? Keep in mind I haven't been to a Walgreens in a very long time. So hearing that there was a credit card shocked me if anything. I said no and left. The main reason why I'm rating it 3 stars is because of the credit card. I don't want it at all. I would believe they ask every single customer if they would like to apply, because they also asked the person before me. I was told there was a survey at the bottom of the reciept and I've missplaced it a few days ago. Figured my review would help somewhat. Only shopping at walgreens for my stuff, not for a credit card.

This has to be the most disorganized Walgreens pharmacy there is. My husband was just there today and the tech told him the prescription wasn't ready. My husband even showed him the "paid for and ready screen" with the QR code you get in the app and still said they didn't have it. I called, they have it. Went back and had to spell my incredibly complicated name out for him... "J-o". Ohhhh there it is. If this were the first time we had a story like this I would just assume they had a new guy or something but this has happened repeatedly and they literally couldn't care less to try to solve the problem. They just like to say "no" so you come back at least once I could tell lots of fail stories about this location but I'm finally taking the time to warn the rest of you to save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. Probably just avoid Walgreens altogether like we plan to do.

Take your prescriptions elsewhere to get filled. I have meds I need to literally stay alive, and because they cannot stay open until their posted hours, I haven't been able to get them. After going in yesterday, and being told they're closing early because they're understaffed, which is of course not their fault; no one wants to put up with angry, rude customers...and that's fair. I ended up spending the night in the hospital, because I didn't have the meds I needed, and I wasn't discharged until later this evening, I once again couldn't pick up my meds. This pharmacy is just not reliable anymore.

Meds ordered Friday morning prescription not filled by 3 pm then they closed til Monday. Tried to pickup on Monday at 2:15 told it was not ready come back in 15 min went back at 230 sat in drive thru until 330 then told I had to come inside for pain pills. I just had a total knee replacement so they finally let me have my prescriptions. I'll be changing pharmacies. Walgreens will not get one more penny from me.

Tried to get a flu shot. There was no notification on the website that they were out of vaccines so I was able to schedule a shot and fill out all the info online. They called the day scheduled to say they had no vaccines, did not know when they would get any and when asked said they would not call to notify me when they had some.

We just received our covid booster shot from Walgreens an 64th & Sheridan. The young lady in the pharmacy who has given us numerous shots is not only a great positive preson but she gives a very good shot

The cashier dismisses the presence of the customer in front of him to have a personal conversation with the next customer in line. Who he obviously knew better. RUDE

I have about 6 different transactions from this store ive never been too someone here uses it to steal from people check your accounts they take out 200 and 300 dollor transactions without your card present once maybe... but 6 times and the same place different days naw its an employee or someone that knows them

Called to have my RX transferred and spoke to someone on Monday 7/18/2022 they said sure we can do that now and you will receive a text as soon as its done. On Tuesday after no text was received I called and Becky said that they didn't receive anything. I explained again that I needed it today because I was on my last pill the day before. I have to take antibiotics 3 times a day to stay alive and this location has no sense of urgency. She told me that she checked to see if it was sent to another location and said no it had not been and they would get it done after lunch so I called back at 3 and spoke to Patrick and he told me that it could take another 24 hours and I said yes they told me that yesterday when I said I needed it today. He said well I didn't get a call yesterday so I said ok I am a liar I need my RX. He agreed to get it ASAP then I receive a call back from a female yelling at me saying that I called the wrong location that it was at 72nd and Federal and that I shouldn't call anyone a liar. I called that location and they did not have it but the nice man that answered called and go it taken care of in a few minuets. I called myself a liar and I now remember why I quit going to this Pharmacy location because the staff is incredibly unprofessional and moves at a turtles pace unless its lunch time. The aren't open convenient hours anymore and act put out by questions. Don't waste your time there are plenty of other locations to choose from the only reason I went was because my insurance no longer has a contract with CVS. I would be surprised if this location stays in business with this kind of staff.
