This was the only Labcorp that had an open appointment before my dr appointment for there and their system was down so could not get my blood drawn. Called my doctor to fax it to them and their fax did not work either. I had to fast so was hungry and no coffee. Very frustrating making an appointment specifically to get in, drove 20 miles out of my way, but was a waste of time and gas because their system was not up to pull my blood order which this is the technology age should not have to bring in a paper order.

Had multiple amazingly bad services at the CVS across the street, so switched to this pharmacy. Maybe a bit slow, but not that big of a deal, until I need medication for my kid's ear infection. Doctor's visit at 10 am, prescription goes to this pharmacy by probably 1030 am.At around 5 pm, I realize I haven't heard from the pharmacy, so I call to check on the status. Guess what? They're closed for the day; turns out they had no pharmacist on site (not that their message said they, I had to call customer service to find that out!).So, for clarity - I can get text messages with advertisements; I can get emails with coupons and promotions; I can get a text when my prescription is ready; but what I cannot get is actual useful information like "Hey we can't get your crying kid's medication today because we don't have a pharmacist."So I guess I'll also not use Walgreens, and I'll drive 5 times as far to go to a small business pharmacy instead of giving this place any more of my money.

It'd amazing. It was early in the day, I was the only one in the pharmacy area, and the pharmacy tech told me my medication was pushed off to a 3rd party delivery service and would be delayed "so they can have more time to focus on patient care".What the hell was I? Never trusting this pharmacy with important medication. You can literally just go across the street to a CVS and get better service

I know you’re seeing all these reviews about the rude pharmacy tech – seriously, stop, and do not come here. Her vitriol came out of nowhere and she made me cry. I had a prescription sent over, and I called to verify when it would be ready. I arrived shortly after that time, and I was perfectly friendly, but the pharmacy operations manager immediately had an awful attitude. She was short and condescending and kept raising her voice, something I heard her do to customer after customer. She falsely claimed I never called, and that they would get to it after lunch, in about two hours. She had this smirk on her face every time she said something insulting, as if she was getting a kick out of it. She didn’t feel like looking me up in their system and kept insisting I was new to Walgreens (lol no). Though they finally did fill it well after the promised time, their delays didn’t ruin my day, she did.

This Walgreens has to be one of the worst I have ever been too. When they are filling prescriptions they tell you they have it only for you to wait around for 3 hours and then be told that the pharmacist messed up and they did not in fact have it. You’re better off going anywhere else.

I have had several problems with this pharmacy. They will normally tell you the wrong time for prescriptions when they are supposed to be ready. I have not been contacted the last 2 times for my prescription when it was ready. And most recently I went in to pick up my prescription, they told it would be ready the next day, and they are closed.

Pharmacy tech is very rude. Stood in line for a while because they were busy. Totally understandable. When it came to my turn the tech let me know she’d be with me in a minute. Fine, no problem. Wait a couple more minutes. I haven’t said a word, just standing there checking my phone while I wait. This time she snaps at me “I’ll be with you in a few minutes!” I turned around to see if she was speaking to someone behind me but she wasn’t. I’m the only one in line. She then turns away to do something for a few more minutes. Never acknowledges me again & leaves the pharmacy. Her friendly co worker finally helped me.Yikes. Work on some customer service Walgreens.

I am writing a review for a specific employee at this location. I don’t know his name, but the new pharmacist with a beard that has some white streaks in it is a DOLL. I had the most pleasant interaction with him today. He needs a raise and he needs to stay forever please.Previously I’ve had consistent unpleasant interactions with pharmacists at this location. I keep coming back because it’s so close to my house. Now I’m excited to come back knowing I’ll have a really nice transaction. It makes a huge difference. Thanks, new guy! :)

My wife just completed a major operation, and we called this pharmacy to verify that they had the prescription. We told the pharmacist very clearly that we had a prescription on paper written in hand. The chubby pharmacist behind the counter gave me and my wife, who by the way is in excruciating pain, quite a bit of attitude, and when I went to go pick up the prescription, she gleefully told me she couldn’t allow the refill of it.I’ll probably switch my pharmacy provider since she was such an absolute rakeEdit: it gets so much better. I just told my wife about my review and she let me know that this was the same pharmacist that refused to give her the TDAP vaccine. No one was in line. No one was in the pharmacy and she demanded that my wife go online to book it. @Walgreens, you may wanna look into this woman, as it may be a reason why you’re not getting as much business at this location

I had to call in a prescription to this pharmacy for a patient and followed the automated phone prompts and was forwarded to the pharmacy where I was rudely told by the staff I have to leave a message to fill a new prescription. I tried to explain that the automated system dumped me there, and I wasn't trying to be an inconvenience as she was making that very clear. If it's going to frustrate your staff to answer the phone, I would suggest you remove the option of reaching them. I will be recommending all patients of mine not fill their prescriptions here. If I'm accosted verbally as a provider I can only imaging what the people who step foot in the place deal with.

If negative stars was an option. I called the pharmacy to see if my daughters prescription was ready, waited on hold for 45 minutes with no answer. I pull up to the window and the PHONE IS SITTING OFF THE HOOK. Don’t bother calling. I addressed the issue with both the pharmacist and store manager and neither cared, apologized, or tried to make the moment right. Obviously throughout other reviews I looked at before posting this, it’s a COMMON PROBLEM. How’s a doctor supposed to call? How is a confused parent supposed to call? Absolutely incapable of their jobs. Switching pharmacies after being with Walgreens for 20+ years.
