Cat and her crew in the pharmacy are so nice! They went the extra mile when I needed my medication the most right before closing. I wish I could write them 6-Stars!! Thank you all so much. You’re the best!!!

I will never use this pharmacy or possibly Walgreens again.After Urgent Care visit had RX called in here. Came at 6:30 and said would be 30 minutes. Asked if someone else could pickup. They said yes without mentioning closed at 8.Arrived at 8:15 and sign posted inside for closest 24 hour Walgreens. After calling and waiting on hold they said they aren’t 24 hour and said to “call around” and finally escalated and found out only one in Denver metro. Also this posted 24 hour Walgreens location closed at 10 and was still open but wouldn’t fill RX despite it being about 8:30.Anyway- arrive next day when the original Arvada location was opening and they still hadn’t filled it.Extreme disorganization. Incorrectly posted info inside about Thornton being 24 hour ( I told this location and they said they will change the posting .) Outside they post possibly a correct 24 hour pharmacy but you can barely read the sign.Pick a different pharmacy.

This pharmacy is a the closest to where I live and I transferred my prescription to a different one because I've encountered so many issues here. Either they're closed unexpectedly (\\\"sorry for any inconvenience\\\") or they take DAYS to fill a recurring script while I run out. I can't tolerate it anymore.

Not sure how this location has two stars. Do not come here for a vaccination as they don't care when you made your appointment. Took me 3 hours to finally get my vaccination. Others less crazy were turned away or just gave up. Meanwhile people are coming to pick up their prescriptions because they were told they were ready only to learn that their call center doesn't communicate with stores. And will notify people to come in even if the store is backed up. If you are looking for a purgatory or limbo like situation I highly recommend you booking a vaccination appointment later in the day and jamming to their pop songs from the last 40 years.

One of the employees at this location is so wonderful. Her name is Lisa and she works in the cosmetic section. She is so kind every time we go in. She truly stands out as an exceptional person. She's so sweet to my teenage daughters and helps them find the right makeup for them. Lisa is so sweet we love going in just to say hi. If I had a business I'd hire Lisa! She's wonderful.

Disgusting store. My prescription was faxed in at noon on Tuesday. I kept calling to see if it was ready, and the recording said they were working on it right now, call back in an hour. Called until 6:00PM. finally got transferred to a person, and was told pharmacy is closed on Tuesdays. Disgusting store.

This pharmacy location is constantly closed when the listed hours say they should be open. Middle of the day on a Saturday, they were closed. 6:30 on a Monday, they were closed again. I'm getting real tired of having to pick up my medication at another location because this place can't bother to be open.

DO not trust this pharmacy for your prescription's. The pharmacist that they advertise at this location, bailed months ago. They have technicians who are not certified who are counting and dealing out your meds. They claim to have a Pharmacy technician program for those who work there and the whole thing is a scam that Walgreens has been getting away with for a very long time, so they don't have to pay technician salaries. They promise to get these techs certified and that is a bold lie. They have a pharmacy tech that is not licensed who treats customers terribly. They will not answer phones there. Good luck using Walgreens at this location. PS they are closed again!!

The worst pharmacy ever!!!! Took advantage of my daughter(18) over charging for her flu vaccination $60. When she has health first (Medicaid) and told her it was only free if she was 19. The most it was advertised was $40 with no insurance.

Waited in line for an hour and a half after my doctor had sent in the order. And was told to come back tomorrow in the afternoon. Honestly it would have been faster if they had sent my order to a different location and me to drive there.

There are always at least 5 cars waiting, today there were 12! Can't go inside because they have it closed. I've been trying to get my prescription for three days!

If I could give this location zero stars i would. It's unfortunate a large scale pharmacy is having issues after issues, but that is the reality. Time after time the system is down or the pharmacy is closed. Doctor's offices have warned about this particular pharmacy not having medications needed. Take your money elsewhere.

This was the third time that they did not have photos ready when I ordered (I even waited an extra day to make sure they had ample time this last time). They have forgotten the extra pieces to the wood panels each time and are unapologetic and rude when these issues are addressed. Would not recommend and will not be going back.
